Everything was seamless and professional when making my St Thomas reservation.
Also very quick responses by Redweek if any questions did arise.
The whole process only to a few days to confirm my booking.

Do not purchase any re sale time shares…
Do not purchase any re sale time shares from them. They do not list accurately, when you come back and question them , they lie some more and then keep telling you, They will have Craig their handy dandy manager call you back. lol
Well Craig is just as useless as the rest and he seems to not exsist also.
Don’t purchase a re sale from them
Just makes you have to go through a large fraud claim with your bank in the long run when these people refuse to call you.
Still waiting for Craig the manager to contact us since July.
** can’t find me in your system just ask Michelle Ramos , maybe she can produce the massive amount of emails sent to her.

Red Week was very simple to use
Red Week was very simple to use. Booking went smoothly, constant communications and quick answers. My trip was confirmed and paid for in less than a week. I would highly recommend them and personally use them again. Total smooth tresnsaction.

Surf Club Marriott - Aruba - is wonderful!
My entire experience was seamless! All questions were answered and learning that the owner accepted our request to book her timeshare took only one hour. I am so excited to take my family and husband away to celebrate his retirement.
