It’s a scam or just a very badly run small business. It is not UK based and takes crude advantage of the online market. My order was very very late and aligned to a very suspect market in China. The shoes were the wrong size with an incorrect label attached. The quality was fine but I did not trust that’ if returned, a refund would be made. I was promised a 20% refund as compensation. Clearly there was no intention to do this despite several e-mail assurances. Do not use it Refdol,or it’s later invention Beckfordus or any related name.

SCAMMERS! A few of their sellers posing with British names on Marketplace are advertising garden furniture which they say is second hand and only £75!! I went onto their website (definitely not by clicking onto their link) and everything, no matter what it is is all the same price £75!!

Agree with all the comments above. This site is a scam. My shoes took four weeks to arrive and are clearly fake. The quality is awful. Did not come in a box or any proper packaging. Do not ever use this site.

Company purports to being in Bolton, it is in China… no contact, took over a month and then a fake pair of trainers turned up.. no box and clearly fake branding
Avoid at all costs complete rip off

Was given a link for a gift for my niece, went through the site and ordered all looked very legit. Got a 2nd email with tracking and told order would be with me in 3-5 days. Now 12 days in and tracking doesn't work nor does their website, tried calling mobile number found on website and goes to voicemail. Address for them is in Bolton. 132 Elgin Street, Bolton BL1 3ET, which is a terraced house!

I would rate it less than a one if it had gave me the option. I hope the person behind this scam website gets it coming to them. It’s also surprising that the website gets shut down a couple of days after placing my non existent order. I wish every bad thing on earth to the people behind this and I hope they get Named and shamed for this.

Ordered a lamp and two weeks later nothing has arrived. Tracking numbers don't work. Tried to contact the company but our email has not been replied to and the contact phone number (it's a mobile) doesn't answer. All the hallmarks of fraud. The company address is a terrace house in Bolton.

Well I actually received a package! However, other than the colour, the garment is it is absolutely nothing like the advertised product.
Do not spend money on this site.

Ordered a jacket that is cheaper than otherwebsites and never received anything.

They will issue a receipt just to show you the order is authentic but it’s the biggest lie

Ordered goods, received receipt , then update advising goods were being despatched. Never received anything, no replies to countless emails & phone number is invalid. Complete scam
