Reigate Garden Centre

I ordered the item nearly 2 months ago
When it had not arrived after 3 weeks I contacted the store by e mail and was advised that it was still "on the high seas"
I enquired again a week later ..same response
Late last week I was advised that it had arrived at the Reigate store
On Monday the store phoned to say it would be delivered that day
It was not delivered ..and still 6 days later has not been delivered
I phoned the store this afternoon and they advised a further delay in delivery ..next Monday because they have no drivers today or tomorrow
Whilst I accept that delivery to the store was not in their control it is disgraceful that they promised and failed to deliver and now a further week of delay has occurred

Easy to order. Placed Oder on Sunday eve and goods were delivered Thursday morning. Had a text and a phone call,would use Reigate Garden Centre again,very satisfied

Excellent service, delivered on time. Very good product in excellent condition. Immediately after first use we had a thunderstorm and torrential rain and our cushions remained perfectly dry. Very pleased all round.

I am really pleased with my rocking chair which was easy to assemble. Even though the item was initially out of stock I got a call quickly to say when it was back in and they delivered it on the day of my choice

Teir system wouldnt allow anyone to buy the goods on line and put in a different delivery address...I tried numerous times, it kept kicking me out. Called up and was told to order it and they would send the goods to the address the address I wnated where i would be at for one day. They said the courier would deliver for me to that address on that day!
I confirmed all this by email JUST IN CASE as the address I was going to be at was 250 miles away. The day came and no courier arrived...I called and emailed over and over again....only got an ansaphone. The item arrived the next day when I was no longer there....NOT by courier, but by Royal Mail parcel post. Still no word from Reigate Garden Centre....this caused me a huge amount of problems. Had I known it was coming by post I wouldn't have ordered it. This isn't a Garden Centre...and if it is....no one was able to answer the phone or emails for a whole half day!
