Excellent service as always. Purchased from them theee times before. Parcel company delivered to wrong address but luckily the company to whom they were delivered contacted us.

Easy to deal with. Friendly staff on end of phone. Delivered when they said it would by a helpful friendly delivery man. Altogether a perfect on line shopping experience.

Ordered on-line with follow up phone call from very helpful member of staff. Delivery excellent.

Ordered a bench, thought it would be complete but was a flat pack. Not major problem but maybe for some. Delivery man promised a phone call an hour before arriving as they can not give time slots but no call was made. Not helpful as you will be stuck home all day or risk missing your delivery! Bench is nice so worth it in the end.

Good service at the store and easy purchasing online my only issue is I asked for my item to be delivered after 14:00 am they called me at 11:30 to deliver then they then said they would return after 14:00 however they returned at 13:30 and left my item in the drive way with no one at home till 14:00

Since moving away from Surrey I am extremely homesick not only for our house but also the places around us that we took for granted like our local garden centre. Over many years I have learnt so much about gardening from the members of staff who are always happy to give information on the vast range of plants that they have in stock. There is always a nice selection of garden furniture, garden tools, pots as well as Christmas lights and decorations. If you dont feel like cooking or just fancy a snack they have a homely cafe too. Thank you for the advice and friendly service for so many years.

Very nice garden centre,especially the shed section.

Staff are always helpful and generally well informed, numerous plants bought, both for garden and allotment. Staff always prepared to find someone to help loading the car, when necessary. Deliveries to the house, although local, are prompt and arrive when promised. And oh yes, absolutely fantastic cafe!!
