Very informative before purchase. Once booked I’d made a mistake as to the date which remaps UK were helpful in rebooking. John did the remap and was professional, explaining my options. Pleased with the result.

The service was great. The work to be carried out was mobile, prompt and on time, unfortunately due to the car the initial work had to be postponed, but was communication was clear. I took it to there workshop and the facility was very professional and looked like they took the extra step to make sure it was a high standard of service

After speaking to several remapping companies and not feeling very confident with the service and product being offered I spoke to Andy from Remaps UK and was instantly taken by his level of professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge. I arranged for him to come to my home to remap my BMW 528i, he arrived exactly when he said he would and the process of remapping the car was done quickly and without any fuss! The difference with the car is amazing (I went for the economy map) and the money I have saved in fuel has more than paid for the remap!!
