Save your money and select something else. The software app is very poorly designed and the company either doesn’t care or doesn’t know what to do. Unresponsive, lag time, freezes etc are common.

Perhaps, due to the design of our front entrance, the camera misses most motions unless the approaching person is moving very slowly. There is only about a distance of 8' between the front door and the entry walkway, thereby either missing the motion or observing the person's as they are leaving.

Awesome Product!
I would give remo+ more stars if I could! It is amazing, easy to use, and provides the level of security I expected. With the two-way talk, inconspicuous nature, and speed at which it notifies me of a presence even NEAR my door, I have no regrets about investing in this product. I highly recommend this device !

Rem+ wireless cams are fantastic !! I have purchased at least one of every device and ordered a few more as gifts for family and friends. Love their products !! Hey Remo+ if you are looking for a product tester I'm your guy !! :)

First, Remo+ is sincere and very helpful in cases of installation problems. Then Remo+ is competent, checking easily with their engineers to check truth of their suggestions. Finally Remo+ is prompt with suggestions of probable faults in the installation process, leading to a quick resolution.

Intercom sounds terrible understand or hear who’s ever at the door

Improve battery options and extend live feed options
It cuts you out of live feed. The battery should’ve been a rechargeable lithium Ion battery. It transfers voices from other videos making you think someone’s in the house when no one isn’t.

I love the easy install
I love the easy install. The motion detection is delayed like 15-20 second. If i have a package on our front door the thief already turned it back on the camera. The cloud yearly price would be nice if it is a little lower.

The camera misses the first few seconds of recording from point of triggering via motion sensor, which usually means there is a black screen on the image for the first 5 seconds, often missing the main reason for the motion trigger. Otherwise, it's an 'ok' product.
