Very bad experience
I won't recommend remove.ie
I hired them via anyvan.ie to transport my kitchen. And then, when unloading it at destination, the very last piece (granite worktop) fell and broke into hundreds of pieces.
First, they agreed with the replacement/refund of the damaged part, and that they must contact their insurance and that I have to provide an estimate for the replacement. However, a few hours later they started to harass me over the phone and with text messages, inventing some strange and fictional stories and trying to turn it in a way that this was all my fault. Fortunately, I have made videos and pictures of the entire process.
Probably is not on their nature to say the truth, respect their promises and respect the people they are dealing with.
I have sent the quotation but never heard anything since.

Highly Recommended
Exceptional service from start to finish. Extremely efficient, he even had a protective cover for the TV. Great communicator. All was done in 40 or so minutes and Keith was a gentleman. I would highly recommend remove.ie

I won't recommend remove.ie if you really care about your furniture, if you can spend something more go with someone more professional.
Keith done the job in hurry and left my furniture damaged.
His price reflect to the low quality of the service he provided.
After we agreed with the replacement/refund of the forniture damaged from his staff he used excuses to do not respect the worlds he gave.
He first been in holidays, then he got the flou and then just disappear and not even answer to the calls or messages.
Probably is not on his nature respect his promises or respect the people.
I am truly sorry to leave this feedback because i thought they were professional and honest but i have the feeling they just took an advantage of me and convinced me to hired them with lies.
