This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and we fully understand how disappointing it must feel when expectations are not met — especially after such a significant home investment.

You are absolutely right to expect that the installation follows the agreed design specification, and we appreciate you raising your concerns at the time. We also apologise for the oversight regarding the valves and taps that required a return visit. While we are pleased this was rectified, this should have been correct from the outset.

More importantly, we are very concerned to hear that there are still outstanding items and that communication has not been consistent. Delays and cancelled appointments without clear follow-up are not acceptable, and we completely understand why this has led to your review.

Please be assured that we do not take feedback like this lightly. We would welcome the opportunity to review your case urgently, ensure any remaining works are completed as a priority, and restore your confidence in us.

We have reviewed our records and can confirm that the contract for the air source heat pump installation referenced was held with Ipsum Renewables Ltd, who were responsible for the design, installation, and aftercare of the system.

As such, we would ask that any queries or concerns regarding the specification, workmanship, or performance of the installation are directed to the relevant contracting entity, who will be best placed to review the matter.

We also note that multiple reviews have been submitted relating to this installation. Given the nature of the claims being made, these comments are currently being reviewed internally and we are seeking appropriate legal advice in relation to the statements published.

Should you require confirmation of the contracting party or wish to be signposted to the correct organisation, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

We note that this review relates to the same installation and complaint already referenced in a previous review left just below, and concerns the same file that has been reviewed internally.

As previously explained, the matters raised were fully investigated as part of our complaints process and our findings were communicated. As you are not satisfied with the outcome of that review, we provided the relevant contact details to allow the complaint to be progressed via the appropriate external channels. That option remains available.

We categorically reject the claim that Renewafuel offers incentives in exchange for positive reviews and are prepared to seek legal advice should this claim continue to be made. All feedback published about our company is provided independently by customers. Repeating unsubstantiated allegations of this nature is concerning and misrepresents how we operate.

While we regret that the outcome was not what the customer hoped for, we have acted transparently and in line with our complaints procedure throughout. We will continue to cooperate fully with any external review of the matter.
