Customer Support Transcends The Best
The representative I worked with today was Traci. She was a consummate professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding individual. It is great to see a company that values good ol’ quality customer service.

I asked a question about accounting in Rentec that I was having trouble figuring out. Myra answered my question by showing exactly what I had done wrong and it fixed my problem immediately. I want to thank Myra for going beyond giving a standard answer and finding the solution herself.

Kathryn and the rest of the Rentec Direct staff is terrific. I've been with them over 8 years. The most recent experience was Kathryn getting back to me on a Sunday right before a tax deadline. I love the property management software, the tools it has for tax time and tax filing, and most of all , the quick customer service and response like the ability to talk to a human being both via email and phone call. As a new landlord
As a new landlord, getting started felt a little overwhelming, but Rentec Direct made the process easy from day one. Their team was professional and very supportive, especially Jesse, who kept calling and checking in to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable using the software. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, which I really appreciated. The platform is easy to use, and the monthly rate is very reasonable for everything you get. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’m glad I chose Rentec Direct.

I have used Rentec Direct for coming up on 10 years. For the cost of the software, its capabilities for a small to large property management company are currently unmatched. Tack on lightning fast and highly effective customer service to that, and you would have to be out of your mind to go anywhere else for PM Software.
