No Product, No Refund

I did not receive this product due to a wrong number # in the zip code. I emailed them with the error but they did not reship the product and did not refund the order. They offered a discount on another product. Very poor customer service and not refunding for a product not received is a big red flag. I will never purchase anything from those company again.

Customer Service is ok, but getting better...

Placing and receiving my original order was not a problem, but when I tried it, the product was one size too large. I informed them and they said I was sent their default size (medium). I asked if they could send size SMALL and they said yes. What they sent was another medium. I informed them of their error, and they responded by sending yet another medium! This is unacceptable. They have reached out to me with the promise to make matters correct. If that is done, I'll remove this review completely and replace it with one that will hopefully make their sales soar. Now, just waiting.....

It gives you more oxygen than the the crew are getting on Artemis

I was very sceptical about this product.So l went ahead and purchased the item, its the some if best money l have ever spent.l have been using it for 5 nights now, lm not waking up coughing throughout the night its has been years since l have slept all night.You can rally feel your airways open up lm getting more oxygen than the astronauts on artemis at this point. l am not associated with this company or its employees in any way. I am just a very satisfied customer and happy to spread the word even down here in Australia, l highly recommend this product it is fantastic.

Try this! It works!

On a chance I tried this diameter and wow its crazy how much it helps me! My one nostril is very dilated and its really works and isn't too uncomfortable too. Im a believer now 100%!!

Respyria is a GREAT product

Respyria is a GREAT product. Same as many customers, I struggle with a deviated septum and poor breathing at night. This product has changed that 100% for the better. I’ve previously been a big fan of Breathe Right strips, but Respyria is far superior. Does not tear up the skin on your outer nose due to being inserted inside the nose (also breathe rights will not stay on if you use face serums or lotions) - Respyria solves that issue as well.
It is true that you will forget you are even wearing it - comfortable and secure.
If you have a nostril that wants to flap shut during deep breathing, Respyria is for you. As advertised, it opens up your breathing by 70% (or even more). Entire face, eyes and head feel better all night. Leads to much better sleep.
Highly recommend! No doubts!… order now. Quick shipment, inexpensive and the company staff communicates well.

Heard about Respyria on Joe Rogan

Heard about Respyria on Joe Rogan. Ordered it - haven’t stopped using it. Better than breathe rights or anything else I’ve used. Soft, comfortable, long lasting. Have ordered multiple times and recommended to many people with breathing issues.

I’ve had trouble breathing through my…

Honestly didn’t expect much, but I was surprised how well it works. As soon as I put it in, I could feel my nasal passages open up. My breathing during sleep improved a lot and I don’t wake up with a dry mouth anymore. Highly recommend if you have breathing issues.

Just try it!

I was skeptical about Respyria but heard Joe Rogan talk about it. I have had sinus issues for years and figured I’d try it. The first time I used Respyria I could feel more air intake immediately!! I use it mainly while sleeping and my wife said it has cut down on my snoring!!! As I have said before to at least try Respyria if you have breathing issues. You won’t know if it works for you unless you try it!! I highly recommend Respyria because it definitely worked for me!!

Dishonest return and refund policy

I ordered a Nasal Dilator and it didn’t seem to work for me. I reached out to support and they were helpful and offered me a larger size. I asked if I’d still be eligible for their 40 day refund if I accepted their replacement and it didn’t work out and they said yes.

I finally received my replacement except they sent me the same size. I told them this but their understanding of my English wasn’t very good, thinking that the larger size didn’t work when in fact they’d sent me the same product. They then offered me some other product which I kindly declined and asked for the refund as it was all a bit painful.

They responded to my refund request saying that because I had accepted a replacement, they could only refund 40% of my purchase. So they went back on what they had said earlier. Very disappointing.

Another thing to note, if you do a return, you have to post the product back to China (which would have been $25 from Australia).

Bad Product...Worse Customer Service

Do NOT buy unless you’re willing to ship returns to China

I purchased Respyria and it didn’t work for me. That happens. So within days of receiving it, I contacted support to initiate a return and refund.

Instead of processing the refund, I was repeatedly offered alternative sizes and different replacement products — even after clearly stating multiple times that I did not want replacements and only wanted a refund.

Only after pushing back did they finally provide return instructions. The catch? I would need to ship the product to a warehouse in Guangzhou, China at my own expense.

For a relatively low-cost product, international return shipping makes the “refund” option essentially meaningless.

They also offered to send a different product to an address in Canada... which is not even the country I live in.

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. If you are considering buying from this company, understand that returns require shipping to China at your own cost.

Personally, I would not recommend purchasing from them.

RESPYRIA=-They do not really honor the 100% money…

They do not really honor the 100% money back guarantee they lead their ads with.. You must ship the pkg to China to get a refund. It negates the majority of the cost of the product. I appealed to Customer Service for a US shipping address and was refused/ignored.

This is a growing company

This is a growing company and a work in progress. They will make any issues that you may be experiencing with their services and/or product right. However it does take a while to get issues with refunds resolved. They eventually made it right and corrected the problems that I had been experiencing.
