Bought a load of stuff off of them,all of it came super quickly and was really well packaged. Lot of the games came in better condition that was described even, so you can trust what they say.
Big recommendation, better than ebay by a mile
This guy's incompetence lists different items with the same order code making what i wanted unavailable because he sent it to someone else, called him out on it now im banned from the store ..absolute amateur, so annoying.
Would strongly suggest making sure he actually has what you want in stock before you end up with a email apology and refund wait to buy elsewhere..

This review is partially true. We had a mix up between two items (we have 35,000 items in stock and thankfully incidents like this are very rare) and I had to very apologetically refund for one part of his order. What I got in response was one of the most offensive emails I've ever received, so the next time he ordered, I politely declined and refunded.
Sadly, if you sell for long enough ('absolute amateur' Retrogames has been selling for nearly 32 years now) you occasionally meet strange and unreasonable people. I am obviously disappointed by this spiteful slur on our reputation, but not surprised, if you saw his email, you would understand. He also waited a long time to post since this all happened, so I guess it's a grudge he's wanted to offload for some time. Well done, you have destroyed our trust pilot rating - and all because we had an item out of stock. Ugh!

A really nice and varied selection of stuff, very well priced. Packaging is top notch, I've ordered two games recently, one expensive, and both arrived in proper protective cardboard mailers - none of this risky jiffy bag malarkey! I will continue using this store going forward!
Retrogames.co.uk is an incredible repository for anyone with an interest in all things gaming. The wealth of games, consoles and more is staggering, the website is easy to navigate, item descriptions are thoroughly detailed and helpful, and dispatch has always been prompt and smooth. I cannot recommend this shop enough!
What an amazing store. This brief review won't capture how much respect I have for how Jason runs this business. Even on the single occasion where something didn't go quite right, it was resolved very fast with the utmost professionalism and understanding. The range of stock is outstanding and prices are very reasonable. Would recommend to anybody.
Bought a selection of Sega Saturn games from here in May and the communication was excellent, prices were very reasonable and delivery and packaging outstanding. Needed to change my delivery date as I was not at home and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended
Surprised there are not that many reviews, my experience was great with selling. I even bought a game that arrived in 24 hours. These stores are special as I mostly hate modern gaming.
sold some item for cash got a great price and very quick response sent what i had and if damaged or missng manual got payed by bank transfer was in same day items were received better than cex who i was using before hand glad i found the site and if buying hey have photos of the item and condition rating which is very helpful no bought anything yet will look to in the future
