Dumbest AI I've ever used, the new version is ALWAYS worse than previous, incredibly slow and stupid. This app will provoke you paying for the therapy after you use it. Shame of the programmers sho made it.

I advise against using REVE chat

I advise against using REVE chat. I have been attempting to cancel my service for more than three months, yet I continue to incur monthly charges. When I reach out to customer support, they respond with, "we are working on it," which suggests that it takes them three months to process a cancellation and send an email. Additionally, their mobile application occasionally becomes unavailable on the US Apple App Store.

Awful customer experience

Awful customer experience. Auto renewal of subscription. Reminder from Revechat sent too late to turn off auto renewal. One day over end of previous subecription period and get charged $160 for a full year again. Just awful and cowboy.

Worst customer service ever!

I had challenges with this software. After signing up for a trial and connecting my social media accounts, I realized the software didn’t meet my needs. I promptly canceled, yet I continued to receive unwanted notifications and interactions from their bot on my social media. Despite reaching out to their support multiple times and asking them to disconnect their software from my accounts, the issue persisted. I had hoped they would rectify the situation after multiple communications, but unfortunately, they haven’t. The is over a month after the trial finished and I still get 'Offline message from XX' even to this day. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company and would STRONGLY advise others to avoid them at all cost!

DATA ANALYSIS Capability

I mostly like DATA ANALYSIS capability of the tool. With the help of REVE Chat now I can make better decisions faster based on the data. It provides excellent data insights through built-in reporting and analytics tools. Just LOVED it.

They forcefully charge renewal subscription...then never respond to refund request....even they hide credit card details so one can't change or delete payment details..meaning they will surely charge you ...whether you wish to continue service or not...

Worst--worst...
We uninstalled this unwanted app...
But their script always keep loading when our site loads ..resulting in poor loading of homepage.

I would recommend everyone to refrain from these poor guys...

User Friendly Interface..

The user interface of REVE chat mobile app is easy to access. It makes the conversation easy and error free. Our clients are happy that their queries are getting addressed flawlessly. It is quick and easy to install, we are now using the paid version of the Android chat app for our website.

Advanced and quick software

When compared with other live chat software available in the market, REVE Chat software is much advanced with features like customized themes, video calling; customer history recording and visitor analytic reports. I would recommend it to everyone looking for an affordable yet effective online chat support for their website. It makes customer support process more effective and beneficial for the customers, agents as well as for the company.

Easy to use Live chat software

easy to use live chat software with good features of live chat, chat monitoring and queuing. REVE Chat helped me to generate more insights about my visitors and i was able to cpature them into leads.

Live Chat Software for my Ecommerce Website

I have used REVE Chat for my ecommerce portal where I sometimes need to show a live product to my website visitors. Along with live chat, I can do voice and video chat as well With REVE Chat.

Though it is very easy to use, I would also like to tag my visitors based on chat conversations. I think they need to add this feature to make it more attractive for business owners like me who want to more control on the data. Overall excellent software for my shopify store.
