Fantastic service
Tom and Lucy from the Bingham Office made the sale of our property as painless as could be. They provided "old fashion" service and values with quick,modern communications. We were kept updated on viewings and feedback and, as the property was empty, they took care of everything with no fuss. Thank you so much.

Offering a more personal approach than your average estate agent, the team were incredibly helpful and managed each step of the process from initial valuation of the property right through to completion of the sale seamlessly. Fastest i have ever sold a house!
I went on the market with Rex Gooding on the Monday and by Friday had gone to best bids, photos were great, i got daily reports on viewings and the negotiations afterwards were handled well and easily, thank you.
