We used RG law to purchase a property and to be honest at first the service wasn’t great. We seemed to have different solicitors at every contact and at one stage someone left and no-one took over our case. It was also very difficult to actually speak to someone as we were just directed to the voicemail of the person who had left the company.
Then Khiah Pottinger took over our case and everything changed. She was proactive, fantastic at communication and keeping us updated. Very clear in her instructions and always happy to speak to us. She progressed our case from being left dormant to completion in a short period of time and we can’t thank her enough. Towards the finalisation we also had help from ciaran and poppy who were both fantastic too.

Ella Sargent - Friendly, Polite & Professional!
When we reached out getting conveyancing quotes, RG Law were up there with one of the higher costing quotes but they came highly recommended from multiple family members so we decided to give them a go… Ella Sargent was assigned to our case and we’re so glad she was. She was friendly, polite & professional at all times! She knew exactly what was needed, whipped everyone else down the chain into shape & kept us right with what we needed to do & when.

Josh & Fran at RG Law saved our sale…
Josh & Fran at RG Law saved our house sale from falling apart. They inherited a crap case where it seems like everything that could go wrong did, however throughout, they were on the ball and really helped us get it over the line. Now our journey was a long one.
But through our long journey, we had a mixture of people who looked after our case, but Georgia L was absolutely brilliant. She was quite new to the team, which she told us, but despite this she was personable, kind, efficient and got stuff done when it needed to be. Fantastic Firm!
My experience with RG Law has been fantastic from start to finish. As a first-time buyer with no previous knowledge of the mortgage or conveyancing process, I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained to me. Every update was concise, easy to understand, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
I especially want to thank Haron and Loren. Haron was incredibly kind over both phone calls and emails. He was always straight to the point, easy to understand, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made the process feel much less overwhelming.
Loren was extremely knowledgeable, particularly when it came to the financial side of things. She made everything very easy to understand and was always quick to adjust figures whenever I requested changes. Her responsiveness and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with RG Law. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers in the Kent area. If you're lucky enough to have Haron and Loren looking after your case, you'll be in very good hands.

I recently used RG Law for the…
I recently used RG Law for the conveyancing of my late uncle's house. The team of Akshaye, Rejina and Hannah were professional and polite, and always responded to any enquiries I had.
When complications arose on completion day, caused by a banking system outage, Akshaye kept in touch by telephone at each turn of events and guided me through the options available. His calm approach was reassuring and we completed the following day.
