Awful Company
Awful Company. Avoid at all costs. Not the cheapest supplier anyway. Ordered 700 litres, only had 615 delivered as tank was full. No suggestion of getting a refund for the 85 litres that weren't delivered. I had to chase, chase and chase again. Finally got the refund after almost 2 weeks.
They can take an order and process payment immediately. When they owe you a refund, it takes two weeks..... Bit suspicious...

Recommended for heating oil delivery
Oil was the best price in the area at the time of ordering - easy to get a quote and place order online. Delivery was well within the expected timelines, and the guy was helpful answering questions about our tank etc (we're new to oil heating)!

Very friendly and helpful
The driver always knows where we are, hidden in the Lake District. He's great. The order however arrived 3 days early, so it was lucky I was there to unlock the tank.

5 star for your booking site and…
5 star for your booking site and fantastic driver. However, I booked (and paid for) a baby tanker because of difficult access, and it came in a standard tanker. But for the perserverence of your driver we would be without oil.
I will book with you next time but I expect a baby tanker when I book it.

You lost a point because you were a day late with the delivery. You promised delivery by 15 feb and delivered on 16 feb.

Terrible service
I have been with Ribble Valley fuels for many years but have now lost confidence in them as had 4 different deliveries cancelled despite even after I called to get confirmation that will they deliver eventually now got my fuel but really disappointed and customer service is terrible

delivery was fine but it came a day…
delivery was fine but it came a day early and my neighbours had to deal with it as i dont live on site. I needed to discuss the remote feed with the driver but obviously wasnt available.

I did not receive an invoice by email…
I did not receive an invoice by email or post. just a statement at the end of the month. Also I discovered while paying on line the bank details had changed without warning.
I missed speaking to Nik when I phoned his no about this.I was not told he was finishing selling for Ribble Fuels

Poor customer service
Rubble fuel oils were supposed to inform me of my delivery in advance and never did. I paid up front for my fuel and they had the audacity to send me a bill for non payment. When I informed them of this they did not respond. I cannot recommend them.
