Exceptional Sales and Customer Service.

Have bought several pieces of gear from RS in the past. On this occasion, it was part of a desktop audio setup. Pre-amp and a second Class D amplifier, so I could bi-amp my pc sound.
Missed the Prime day discounts buy a few days, but was able to secure a price that was only a few pounds different from the Prime day sale.
The staff at RS Brighton always provide exceptional customer service, and demonstrate a deeper knowledge about the gear they sell that puts many other businesses to shame.
Will always go to RS for big (and now even small) av purchases.
Their fully refundable 6 year warranty is hard to beat too.
Honourable mentions should go to Toby, Dep Store Manager, and Minty.
All items delivered the following day, which was a day before the suggested delivery date.
Will buy from again.
Would recommend to anyone.

Great item & excellent advice

I contacted Richer Sounds for help & advice, & spoke with Rosie. She was excellent. Great advice & arranged a delivery that came the next day. The sound bar is great, with excellent sound & features. My problem has been solved & I'm very happy, thanks to Rosie!

I've used the Brighton branch several…

I've used the Brighton branch several times over the past few years and always find them to be polite and very helpful.
Recently I have purchased a high value TV and sound system and got as great price on both. I am very happy with the service I've received from Nik and store manager Rosie.

Fantastic experience from Richer…

Fantastic experience from Richer Sounds. Ordered a new TV online and it was delivered to the Brighton store within two days. Pick up was super easy, and when I phoned to check arrangements, Nick was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I was really sorry to read your feedback and there has obviously been some confusion here as the TV you have purchased whilst does have a Google operating system, does not list Freely as being supported. The last thing we would want to do is intentionally inconvenience customers, and I will follow up with the store to find out why you received that advice, and ensure the correct technical training is arranged.

In the meantime, our customer service team will be in touch to get this resolved asap, and apologies again for the obvious hassle..

The sales manager Jay

The sales manager , Jay , gave us a very positive greeting when we entered the store. He explained that the radio we wanted was not on stock , but next day home delivery could be arranged . I contacted Richer Sounds in Brighton…

I contacted Richer Sounds in Brighton by phone for some advice regarding a turntable and speakers. Spoke with Toby who was great and I booked a demonstration at the Brighton branch for the following day. Toby greeted me and demonstrated the turntable and speakers – advised me to bring my own vinyl with me in order to compare the sound to that of my existing system. Great experience in every way – warm welcome in the store, cup of coffee, great advice and knowledge along with expertise. What a pleasure to deal with a company where the staff know every detail about their products as well as there being no high-pressure sales tactics. Left the store feeling great, having purchased a turntable and speakers with home delivery promised for the following day. I recommend Richer Sounds unreservedly. Thank you, Toby, for all your help and advice – it is greatly appreciated and valued. Richer Sounds are my number one port of call for all things related to HiFi / TV.

It’s always amazing

It’s always amazing. Friendly, knowledgable, non- pushy staff who give you their time before, during and after purchase. Richer Sounds are one of the businesses that prove it can be done well. Especially our Brighton branch.

Good service

Item ordered over the phone but had an issue with it as was not playing CD so took to local shop and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Same issue with the replacement so went for a different brand at same price and this has been fine. Very helpful in shop and when speaking to customer services on phone.
