Richer Sounds - Cambridge Avis 

I bought a pair of headphones online from Richer Sounds, having bought all of my HiFi from them over the years.

The process was straightforward and I'm pleased with the headphones.

The only oddity was that I opted for the option for them to be delivered to the store; I was expecting an email from them, and instead had one from DPD, saying they were to be delivered. It turned out they were being delivered to the store! This was unnecessarily confusing.

I then received a phone call from the store to say they were in. Picking them up was straightforward, and staff were helpful.

I waited 30 days before submitting this report as there was a 30 day promotion on the TV that I purchased, this was honoured with just a few relevant questions (as to be expected) from LG. The price of the TV was excellent, delivery was free (the purchase had to be in excess of a certain amount) and I was given a lot of sensible and more importantly, knowledgeable advice from the friendly staff who attended me. The 6 year guarantee is certainly a plus for them (hopefully I will not need it). The two man delivery (due to the size and weight) was arranged around my availability and was on time with text messages to keep me informed. Overall I am happy with the deal and also happy with the way I was treated from start to finish. This is not the first time I have used Richer Sounds and I am sure it will not be the last.

Had a really constructive and informative chat with a member of staff in the Cambridge branch, which helped me decide on my online purchase.
Price was great, got a good deal, and delivery was spot on.
Doubt I will buy a TV from anywhere else now.

I was very impressed by Paul ,the deputy manager at the Cambridge Branch. He went out of his way to help me sorting out a issue with the item I bought. He was very professional and made feel at ease and calm in dealing with the problem. I left the store fully satisfied.

Fantastic staff

Whilst visiting Cambridge I called at the Cambridge store for advice on hooking up my TV to existing speakers. Tom clearly explained the options available without pressing for a sale. A couple of days later I ordered the AXR100D via the online store. All hear turned up on time.

Very good telesales experience, pre-ordered item delivered quickly after it because available.

Great pricing and good choice of products. Also good to have a long 6 year warranty on my new TV, gives me peace of mind!

I went in to the Cambridge shop on a fact-finding mission with a view to possibly buying a new tv and sound bar. I’m not overly blessed in what’s new etc. I was greeted by Paul who listened to my queries and was able to offer good advice without being too pushy…… top bloke! Ended up getting a tv and sound bar.

Staff were knowledgable, friendly, efficient. When I phoned later to get more advice on which TV to choose, was given really usefull information & help. My TV has now been delivered & I'm very happy with it.

Didn’t quite price match the price I had found elsewhere but I accepted the reason for that and was happy with the price I paid.
Delivery was on the day stated.

At the Cambridge store, I spoke to Paul who was first class nothing two much trouble, I ordered the new Dali Kupid speakers they were delivered the next day I’m still running them in but I have to say they are superb speakers no one will be disappointed with these I’ve had many speakers over the year these are fantastic this is the forth time I’ve used the Cambridge store I would never go any where else first class service

I was recommended Richer Sounds as a place to get good hi-fi separates. The staff were amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me towards a turntable, which was delivered today. Fabulous quality, stylish piece of kit. If you are considering buying electrical gear, these are your people!
