The manager was really helpful about…
The manager was really helpful about lots of issues to do with our enquiry, including the specification of various different TVs in relation to the costs, plus advice for where to site the TV and which bracket was required. The level of knowledge far exceeded that at Currys where we had previously been.

Above and beyond service
Went above and beyond to get an opened pair of Sennheiser IE200 down from Scotland just so we could try them (using our own tips). Great kit as well 😃

Good, old fashioned help !
From my original request, to the team tracking down the streamer to having a listening room set up and walking away after buying was just about as pain free and simple experience as you could ask for. And I haven’t even mentioned the price quoted for new was cheaper than I’ve seen used units on a well known selling site go for. The Hull team were superb 👌🏻 as Arnold once said, I’ll be back….

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish, after doing some online research we visited RicherSounds, service and advice was great and the purchase was made efficiently. Delivery was arranged exactly when required. TV and sound system arrived on time, preceded by texts to confirm time. Items carried through to desired room. Both products are excellent and really happy with service in the shop, delivery and products. In addition the price was fantastic and beat their competitors hands down.

Friendly helpful staff
Friendly helpful staff, I wanted a simple, inexpensive phono pre amp. No selling something more expensive than what was wanted, clear advice no blinding you with science.
Item ordered in store and delivered promptly in a couple of days. Highly satisfied.

Once again I can thoroughly recommend Richer Sounds for anyone in need of advice on all things hifi. The staff are fantastic, good lads all. The range of gear in the Hull branch is absolutely stunning and as soon as I am able to upgrade my kit there really is no where better to make the right choice.
