The sales manager, Terry, who assisted us was knowledgable, professional and engaging. He wasn’t at all pushy and answered all our questions on the Philips fidelio deck and speakers before placing the order

I would Recommend Richer Sounds
Richer sounds gave an excellent service. I dealt with Callum. They were efficient, great value and kept me up to date on my order. Also the engineer they sent Liam was brilliant.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I had 3 demos at the Kingston store and Sunny was very helpful each time and at no point did I feel that he was a burden for them to spend time demoing the equipment. I felt I got good advice and when I wanted to change the hifi separates I had bought there was no issue and they arranged for them to be picked up from my house at the same time as the new equipment was dropped off.

Staff are always available for…
Staff are always available for information and advice(Sunil) .they are never pushy and will tell you of any deals on promotion at the time..I was after a stand alone CD player and managed to get it at a reduced price due to the box being open.very happy with product and the service provided.
