Richer Sounds - Leeds Avis 

Great communication from Rik at the Leeds store. He sent me photos of the actual unit (an open box Klipsch Core 200 soundbar) on WhatsApp.
Unit paid for via a secure link and arranged collection from the store next day.
No original box but it was all very well packaged up ready to collect.
Soundbar works perfectly and I was very pleased with the whole buying experience.

A premium experience without the expected cost.

Had a great experience visiting the store in Leeds, Mikey was fantastic, no pressure and really helpful. Ordered a TV for delivery whilst in store. That was delivered today, even brought it into the house and left it in my room of choice, completely unexpected level of service.

After much deliberation, we arrived at the decision to buy a Ruark R3S compact music system to replace our old Bose wave radio.
It's a beautiful unit with wonderful sound and more input sources than you can shake a stick at, including an optical connection to our bedroom telly.
However, the lady of the house was pretty insistent that it should match our bedroom decor, so the walnut/lead grey grille colourway [seemingly discontinued :-( ] was her choice.
Big thanks to Derek at the Leeds branch, who went above and beyond the call of duty to open a number of boxes to ensure that we were in receipt of right (and increasingly rare) model.
She's happy, which means that I'm happy.

We were surprised on the price of the tv we had chosen.
But we are getting used to the smart tv now.

Great service and great prices. Was able to collect AV amp and sub on the day I phoned and got big speakers delivered on a day of my choice. Thanks go to Anthony who couldn't have done more for me.

Absolutely no criticism of Richer Sounds Leeds, very helpful and sale was straightforward.

However; DHL delivery was a dissapointment, no attempt to deliver to my address.
Had a message saying tried to deliver but no reply so package taken to the local Post Office, this was a blatant untruth as I was in all day awaiting another delivery.
To add further insult to the lie, the DHL van drove into my road 15 minutes after I had received the message regarding an attempted delivery.
Then had to drive to the Post Office to collect the package.

Mike in the Leeds shop was engaging and helpful on both phone and in person.

Good advice from knowledgeable staff very competitive with their pricing quick delivery so overall an excellent service

Our customer service advisor was really knowledgeable about the diffent TV technologies and what the market was like. and we didnt feel pressured . He helped us make an informed choice for the tv we chose.

Five star service from Leeds, twice! Good knowledgeable staff and clued-up on what they have and what the best deals are. Had to replace a broken TV, told them what I had and they suggested similar but better. Only problem is I didn't measure up and had to move furniture to make the TV fit - but that's definitely a me problem!
Really appreciate that they use a specialist couriers for TVs, they were top notch and even asked where I wanted it. Wish every retailer had service this good!

It's so good to go to a shop where the staff have excellent knowledge about the products they sell. And enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service. I was very happy to buy higher up the price range for top of the range equipment.

Simple click and collect from store, notification that my purchase had left the warehouse and the courier was handling it, phone call from my nominated store it had arrived, collected at my convenience, very good service all round.
