Excellent service from the Leeds store
The team at the Leeds store were fantastic. I was in email contact seeking advice about the Pioneer PLX500 turntable. They were very patient with me, especially Ahmed! Thank you so much.
When I finally took the plunge and bought one from the online shop it arrived quickly and was very well packaged.
I have absolutely no complaints about the service I received from Richer Sounds and would recommend them without reservation. I am planning on buying some new speakers later in the year and possibly a new amplifier and I have every intention of doing so from Richer Sounds.

Great value and service …
Great communication at the Leeds store... Provided a demo for me... I went home to make sure that the system would fit to my house and bought by phone... All was packaged well and sent by courier... Top guys

Great service from Leeds Richer Sounds
Research before hand meant I new what I wanted, but no unit display (Eversolo mini cd) - so an easy purchase. Recommend having one out as a great little unit - great service as always. Great to be able to do finance (Klarna) in house too

I spoke to different people on different occasions when I was looking for a hifi to buy. On all the occasions I found the staff helpful ,polite and eager to help. They listened and were patient. I will like to do business with the company again

My son's first turntable
We were served by Derek in the Leeds store. We were buying my son's first turntable. Derek to time to explain the options and we ended up getting a turntable that is perfect for my son's needs. All in all a very positive experience. Thanks to Derek and the Leeds team!!

Rang the Leeds store 6.5.26 having problems with an old model dvd player. New model advised, was delivered and installed in less than 24 hours.
Very happy with service and friendly, professional staff.

Great advice in store great TV
Great advice in store.
Went in for 65 inch tv but got a 85 inch Hisense delivered for similar price. Brilliant picture and surround system all for less than £1000. With a long warranty too.
