Richer Sounds - Lichfield Avis 

Service was excellent from start to finish

We I’m looking for audio or quality tv my first port of call is Richer Sounds.
Tim at the Lichfield branch gave first class service and advice.

Staff were very helpful and knew what they were talking about.
Very informative regards offers and best tv for me,
I was made to feel very welcome and pleased to be a Richer Sounds customer.

Really good communication product arrived swiftly and store contacted me to say it was ready for collection

Great items, service, knowledge and best of all the 6 year warranty, very few places offer this as standard

looking for a new soundbar and although I had a good ides what I wanted, it was good to run my thoughts pas your knowledgeable assistant who convinced me my decision was right.

I have used Richer sounds to build my Hi Fi system from the 80's through to the current day. Great to have such a local shop based in Lichfield that offers great prices and service.

Just excellent customer service, even when I had an issue with a purchase it was sorted out immediately. First class as always.

I knew exactly what I wanted, a pair of Sonos 100 speakers in white. I telephoned one of the stores and spoke to a really polite, efficient male (sorry cannot remember his name). The speakers were slightly cheaper then the Sonos website and the thing that really sealed the deal was 6 year warranty 👍🏻 I had 3 months interest free credit which the staff talked me through, it was so easy! I paid a little extra for next day delivery and everything was perfect 👌 I’ve used Richersounds on previous occasions and cannot fault them!

I will probably repeat what other people are saying, but the greatest thing about Richer Sounds, in general, is that friendly atmosphere. There is no force, to sell you something, or to sell you the most expensive gear, what is nice. You are arriving, explaining your situation, what you are looking for, maybe letting the guys know your picks, they're asking for your sound taste, type of music you're listening to, room size, if it's acoustically treated, etc. Full, professional, based on experience and your circumstances,advice. You can for example say that, I wanted to buy this amp, but the seller will tell you: for you and your circumstances, I can personally advise you to buy this amp, which is slightly cheaper, it doesn't have something, but for example have a better components, build quality or a sound signature is leaning towards your sound taste, or... instead of this one, maybe you can spend slightly more but.... There is no pressure, just reasonable advice. I have been shocked that couple months ago I came to but a streamer and a seller still remembered me

Ordered Sony tv click ,and collect because I did not want to wait in for a delivery-next day!- rang up 2 days later for a progress but told it was not there yet,and were unable to track a click and collect-called in to the shop whist in town on Thursday for an update-not there-Tom -very helpful-checked the computer to find it had been delivered the next day day but put on the wrong shelf and did not generate an email or text to say it was there
