Richer Sounds - Middlesbrough Avis 1 547

Bought a soundbar with a subwoofer online, which ended up being surplus to requirements.
Returned it to store (unopened) and was issued a full refund, very quickly.
Had loads of stuff over the years from RS - as good as they always are :-)

I originally went to curry's to get 2 TVs for the grandkids. Yhe service was terrible and negative so I left the shop. I called into Richer Sounds and the service was fantastic. I did spend more than I would have in Curry's but I did get better products without pressure sales. I was given options and good advice. Definitely recommended. Rather than the poor service from Curry's

I ordered some headphones online to pick up at my local store in Middlesbrough and a guy called Dave emailed me to tell me the box they came in had been slightly damaged but headphones ok, and offered me some discount on them, so went for it and am over the moon with the deal.
Would always be happy to use this company, very competitive as well.

From the moment we walked in the manager acknowledged us & let us know if we needed anything to just ask . We bought an audio technica direct drive Bluetooth record player & a pair of Bluetooth speakers . The gentleman that served us was helpful and carried our record player to the car outside for us . The sales guy set up the hifi i wanted to buy ready for when I arrived, and allowed me to actually hear the difference that different speakers made to the quality of the sound by swapping between them for me. In a world of online shopping, being able to try items out before buying and ask questions is invaluable to me as a customer. Very happy 😁

I spoke to Paul at the Middlesborough store about a piece of equipment that was listed on the website but not possible to order. He said he would check and come back to me, which he soon did with the relevant information, allowing me to make a pre-order. All very smooth and helpful.
