Keiran from customers services was great at keeping in touch and being on the ball. The relevant stores Reading and Liverpool were great.
The let down was when my 8 month tv was deemed unrepairable I was told I could have another tv but they didnt have any stock and my monies owed were only available towards another tv so even with a 6 year warranty/guarantee it wasn't a money back guarantee 😢 so be aware it is only a replacement or a credit note. I did get a replacement when I found one at Liverpool store thanks to Diego and the Lads at the Liverpool store 👍
Everything was straightforward and a very nice tv engineer came and set everything up. Very good service, thank you.

I turned up 10 mins before the shop was open and they let me in. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They represented the company extremely well and to be applauded in today’s world

Spoke to the manager and staff who also struggled ,so I swapped for "normal" soundbar with Bluetooth with no quibble or delays. Excellent service dealing with old non techi person like me

Despite opting for free postage, my Denon Receiver arrived next day & it works with glorious rich sound via my '70's Wharfdale speakers.
My only minor niggle is remote control is "intuitive" - so a bit trial & error as to what does this button do? No idea how to programme the DAB radio, but that wasn't my main reason for purchase, as my primary reason was to play my CD's again, & play them it does!
But Hey! Great sound. Thanks Richer Sounds & Luke in Telesales.

Made an order over the phone
It seemed very drawn out and by the time I got to paying I had to rearrange to pay next day as I couldn’t wait any longer
Not too keen on how you pay over the phone via e mail
Completed purchase next day
Delivered ok 4 days later
Had to sign saying no damage on box as he took about 5 photos
Would they have even delivered if box was damaged

I phoned up for help after my TV fell off the wall. I was quickly talked through the different options and a suitable replacement identified. They made every effort to get it delivered on the next day, but when that failed they found my nearest store and confirmed they had the item I wanted. They even opened early for me so I could get it picked up and taken home for set up. Outstanding service from start to finish.

I ordered iFi GO blu (Black/Copper) but received GO blu Air due to wrong product image on site.
Special thanks to the Head of Customer Experience for immediate response, and the Reading branch team for arranging a personal delivery.
Particular credit to the delivery colleague who arrived today at 1:15pm in 30°C heat, wearing full company fleece uniform, to complete the 1-to-1 exchange. That level of commitment deserves five stars.
