Great in-store experience backed up with online convenience
Popped into their Sheffield store after phoning to see if they had the speakers I wanted setup, they didn’t but assured me they would have them ready for me when I came in next day.
Very happy with the demo and help I got in store. Ended up ordering with them for home delivery so I could get the colour I wanted which was delivered quickly and easily.
Nice to see shops and their online presence integrate so easily; and the demo and instore experience was excellent.

Contacted the Sheffield store online to enquire about a specific product. Response was prompt & thorough, resulting in the purchase of my new tv. The whole transaction was conducted via electronic means, but the whole process felt personal.

First choice for music stuff
After placing an order I was nervous about a detail I missed. When calling, they were extremely helpful, explained the issue, prepared me for my delivery, and everything went perfectly. Have my order now and everything was smooth!

Good service
I have been using RICHER SOUNDS for years and received very good service always. About 20 years ago I purchased a cd player which had a faulty connection. I returned to the store and was given another cd player. About I year later I came in the store to purchase some blank cassette tapes. The sale staff asked me if my cd player was ok I was very impressed he remembered me from a year ago. I always tell my family and friends of the good service you give. Ian longden

From the first contact with the store, to the delivery at my home. It was seamless. I was dealt with professionally and courteously. It is so refreshing dealing with someone who is willing to take the time to make buying a product enjoyable. This is not the first time I have dealt with Richer Sounds, and it won’t be the last.
