Richer Sounds - Sheffield Avis 

Always go here for Hifi-Shopping and although enjoying their demo room for latest speakers, amplifier etc. All the staff are so friendly and always happy to see me when i come to their door. Cant wait to try the new KEF Deluxe speakers :)

This is the second order i have placed with Richer Sounds who were recommended to me by a friend after i had a poor experience with C****s.
My first experience was brilliant, Richer Sounds were faultless everything ran like clockwork from start to finish, my experience this time however was absolutely superb, 5 stars is insufficient, i had an issue with my item and it required returning.
I was worried about contacting Richer Sounds about returning the item but Olli at the Sheffield branch was absolutely fantastic in sorting and arranging the return of the damaged item and the delivery of my replacement item, the famous Richer Sounds customer care in full swing!!. Thank you Olli.

Ordered online but after a few hiccups decided to use a telephone order. Picked up quickly by Alex at the Sheffield branch, helpfully answered a few questions and took my order efficiently. Confirmed the item was in stock.

A big ticket item, offered with a very good discount from Richer Sounds and an additional and substantial but somewhat delayed LG cashback promotion is what made this TV really good value (at the time of purchase)

Paid for it that (Sun)day and the TV was then scheduled for delivery two days later.
Arranged and arrived on the Tuesday as expected, with very good email communication in the interim, prior to the delivery.
BJS delivery drivers were respectful, polite and helpful.

No problems whatsoever from start to finish, it's now 6 months down the line and the TV has been flawless.

In all good conscience I could not give Richer Sounds less than the maximum 5 stars for a perfect shopping experience.

Very good and helpful service, my product was ready to collect the next day and when I called them a few days later for some tech info they got back to me very promptly.

Helpful advice on selection of a new HiFi system, taking account of my requirements. No high-pressure selling, very happy to offer me the opportunity to listen to the recommended system in their listening room with my own CDs etc. System delivered promptly by courier the next day (no charge), and (after a week's experience) appears generally to fit my needs. The HEOS phone app used to control it all can do most of what I want, though it can be a real pain to find your way around and get the settings right - especially if you just want to do something like suddenly turn the volume down because the phone rings (though that's not really Richer Sounds fault!)

Was able to phone and ask questions giving us time to look at what was best for us before going to see as we are 17 miles away from our nearest store

RS where easy to deal with , I placed an order in store for a sony bravia 7ii 50 inch I got a great deal and it was delivered exactly on time very happy.

I purchased a pair of Fyne audio shelf speakers just a few days ago. When I rang the store Ollie answered the phone and gave me all the information about the speakers that I needed to know. There is nothing they don't know at Richer sounds Sheffield. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have been a customer for quite some time and will continue being one.

Good choice of tv's and friendly efficient service

The way the staff (Geoff) went out of their way to solve problems and then solve them. Nothing was too much trouble. We are lucky to have the store in Sheffield and close to where I live. Well done and keep it up.
