Richer Sounds - Solihul Avis 

When I bought my new Cambridge Audio AXR100 amplifier the staff were very helpful in advising me on what I should buy. I had thought about a less powerful amplifier not realising it wouldn't drive my current speakers. The staff put me right on this matter. The amplifier itself is excellent.

Great advice and a good deal on an ex-display unit which met my needs

The team did not try to sell me unnecessary items beyond my budget, they were friendly without being overbearing and highly knowledgeable. My email enquires were delt with promptly and they even went as far as being concerned about me carrying some of the equipment from the shop!

The actual item was very good for connecting my phone and laptop to my hifi. The bonus was using the optical connection, also improving my CD player.

As our sound bar had stopped working, and we researched a more than adequate sound bar replacement - Sonos Ultra Beam. However our tv was not compatible with this sound bar. So we did further research into tv upgrades and whittled it down to two preferred models. The search pointed us in the direction of Richer Sound, in Solihull.
The salesman (Marcus) was very polite and knowledgeable about both television models, and was able to advise us on which of the two models to purchase. This made us feel confident to proceed, plus Richer Sounds had the sound bar in stock Both the television and the sound bar were purchased, with next day delivery. Needless to say we were very pleased.

The online Richer Sounds consultant referred me to Solihull and Carl there was able to advise me as to the best way of swiftly receiving my order. As a 76 year old unfamiliar with up to date tv sets, the jargon and IT generally I have been totally impressed by the product knowledge, patience and help offered to ensure that the products, size criteria and features were what my wife and I and needed. The customer service and care was so much better than other retailers with very good prices too. The arrangements for delivery and set ups were exemplary as were the contactors. I will look no further than Richer Sounds in future. Many thanks to each member of staff.
