Richer Sounds - Southampton Avis 

Love this company. They make it easy to speak to someone on the phone who can give you straightforward informed advice. No pressure tactics, just a nice conversation and recommendations. This makes me feel it would be disloyal to then go off to some faceless entity to make my purchase. So I have a painless experience, they secure the sale, it's all good.

Good customer service. Paul listened to what my request was, went through some options and arranged for a demo time to be booked. Unlike the original hi fi retailer I tried.
So I should have gone to Richer Sounds straight away!

Came in to get a replacement stylus or cartridge for my turntable. Super helpful and brought in my turntable to have a new cartridge fitted. Unfortunately, turned out to be too heavy for arm, so ended up going with just a stylus replacement. Appreciate the customer service - always excellent and time for a fairly inexpensive component.

Great service with all the advice we needed from the staff member that served us. Delivery time was earlier than expected which was a bonus. We are very happy with our new record player and speakers.

I ordered by phone as I live of of the mainland of the UK. The staff at the Southampton shop were very helpful, took my order and sorted out the payment process for me. The goods arrived promptly and I am satisfied with them.

Easy online purchase/in store collection service! Staff were very friendly, welcoming and super helpful. As a newbie to vinyl players they gave some great advice/tips! Would recommend and would definitely use again.

I only bought speaker cable for my hi fi system but the advice I received was excellent. The staff are clearly passionate about what they do and are happy to share their knowledge to ensure that you get the best out of your purchases. It is good to know that there is still a specialist shop for these goods within reasonable travelling distance.

All your team are well trained, knowledgeable and very helpful it is lucky that Curry's do not have your calibre of staff.

I’ve used Richer Sounds for years and years! They’ve always shown the same level of professionalism, mixed with expert knowledge and efficiency. I bought a new TV this time and it was a pleasure to deal with somebody that wasn’t in a call centre and who could organise delivery faultlessly. Even my wife said “are we getting it from Richer Sounds, because they’ve always done us well”. Enough said really. Keep up the excellent work.
