Had a problem with the seat on my mobility scooter. Jim from Rightcare fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. I then booked a service with them. He was brilliant and took me through everything that they would do. Picked up my scooter and delivered back the same day. Just perfect. There was no pressure sales just a caring friendly approach. I was very impressed and will definitely be going back. Thank you Jim for all your help.

Rightcare Mobility Grimsby, offer very fairly priced equipment and their customer service is excellent.
I bought my Mum a lift & recliner chair (6 months ago now) it was the best quality chair and the most competitive price locally (or online) they delivered the next day as promised. I can not fault their service. Highly recommend this shop. They are really knowledgeable and no hard sell.

Rep was so helpful. The first folding electric wheelchair was not suitable - so returned with another 2. Found one was ideal - he explained the working of the chair thoroughly - I tested it out until I was entirely satisfied and was comfortable with the chair, then and only then did I proceed to purchase, NO high pressure selling ay any time. I would highly recommend this Company
