If i could give 0 stars I honestly would, if I’d have found this page and the reviews before we started our buying and selling process I’d never go near them. We took the decision today to sack them because in the 3 months we have been using them they have been rude,difficult to contact and from what we know they haven’t even contacted the solicitors of the purchase and our buyers have issue as well with them not sending paperwork over which I completed months ago. When there was an issue they didn’t contact us they rang our mortgage broker and also our estate agent then didn’t think to call us it was only when our estate again rang for an up date did they tell her there was a problem with a outstanding payment that wasn’t sent which we did right away as soon as we was made aware but the fact they sat there for weeks knowing this payment was holding up the process they didn’t thing to call us.

Our estate agent rang them today and actually got an answer and they couldn’t give any updates because they didn’t know was what the woman told her our estate agent said how unprofessional they are and that she’d be informing us of the lack of progress. So we took the decision to cut and run. We don’t even have a long chain first time buyer and the house we want is empty and probate it honestly couldn’t be any easier. 3 weeks ago someone put the phone down on us when we tried to get some answers not very professional. We will now contact the ombudsman over our concerns. Please don’t use them it’s really not worth the risk. The amount of stress they have caused me ivwe the last few weeks is enough to make me not even want to move now.

I am an advisor and these are my clients solicitors.
Disgraceful is the only word to describe them.
Rude slow and about to lose their clients sale as our mortgage offer is due to expire.
I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

**Avoid Right Legal Solicitors - Appalling Service**

My property sale has effectively stalled because of Right Legal Solicitors.

7 weeks, emails went unanswered, calls were not answered and both I and my estate agent were repeatedly chasing for updates. The buyer of my property has became increasingly frustrated and threatened to pull out.

For a conveyancing firm, the lack of communication, urgency and ownership has been completely unacceptable.

I was referred to Right Legal Solicitors by Homie Technology Ltd, who are equally as bad. If you are looking for a solicitor that will waste 4 months and then completely disappear, then go with Right Legal Solicitors.

Supposed to exchange complete 24th June, all agreed, nothing happened.

No communication, caused my daughter and her fiancé to be made homeless, caused the woman who was moving out to send away a paid for removals. Never answer phone calls, rarely answer emails. After (eventually) exchange and completion, they only heard from the sellers solicitor during the day, Ash deemed to send an email at 7pm. On completion exactly the same. We even had an email saying "exchange and completion dates are agreed so I don`t need to communicate any more"
For what is a stressful time anyway, they have made it doubly so , awkward, unhelpful and at times downright rude. Zero stars is too high for this shower, they have cost us money, time, heartache and stress. Luckily the sellers solicitor was very professional and managed to pull the whole deal together .

Avoid at all costs, do not trust them to do anything they say.

The worst solicitors I have ever used. They did nothing for two months, lost my hard copies of documents and after disintruction refused to return my documents. They don't answer emails, rarely answer the phone and have no online case tracking. And extremely rude! Avoid!

Further to my previous review, we have now had to change solicitors and as a consequence had to extend the valuation, will go on SVR and will have to recover already paid costs from them... Avoid avoid avoid! Sahan and Ash have just disappeared, calling the office is futile, nobody who picked up the phone would take any accountability or provide an escalation point.

Believe the bad hype. Absolutely appalling . 7 months and counting to buy the garage next door. Don’t answer the phone don’t give updates.shocking . Ombersman involved took my money but not paid the seller!
Avoid at all cost!

I used this solicitor to complete a house sale. It is fair to say that the sale was completed and the fee was very competitive. Without going into specifics however, I would also say that I would never repeat the experience.

We were meant to complete on the 24th and we are still yet to exchange!

Ash and Sahan have been on "final checks" for 2 weeks.

Now they have delayed the whole process for everyone, it seems like they are hiding from us. Not answering the phone, won't reply to any emails.

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating people to deal with

Overall Ash was great, my client personally had a few issues with communication, however I did not - we gave Ash a date to complete on and he delivered - I did find that email communication was quick and straightforward but calling was not as efficient, I will definitely use him again. Thanks

Avoid Right Legal Solicitors.

This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a solicitor. Communication was appalling from start to finish. It was virtually impossible to speak directly to the solicitor handling my case, and I spent most of my time chasing updates instead of receiving them proactively.

When I did manage to speak to members of the team, I found them rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer care. I was left feeling that my case simply wasn’t a priority.

The repeated delays and poor handling of my transaction destroyed my confidence in the firm. My buyer ultimately withdrew from the purchase. I cannot say for certain why they made that decision, but the delays and lack of progress certainly did nothing to help.

I eventually had no choice but to transfer my file to another solicitor because I had lost all confidence in their ability to deal with my case.

If you’re looking for a conveyancing solicitor who communicates well and treats clients with respect, my experience suggests you should look elsewhere.

The solicitor understood the urgency and worked towards and achieved a short completion. Thank-you for your help in appreciating the upper and lower chain demands and a difficult transaction! Very pleased.

Sold a second property through Ash and his team last month. They know their stuff and were careful that everything was done correctly. Solicitor on the other side was going on holiday and the purchaser was keen to get things done, so Ash made phone calls and got things completed on the agreed date! Thank you for going above and beyond on this one!

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm and with director Aziz Arshad Hussain. In my case, communication was extremely slow — at one point it took around 12 months for them to respond to the buyer’s solicitor. Emails often went unanswered, and when I called, I sometimes encountered unhelpful or abrupt responses. I later discovered my file had been closed without anyone informing me, which caused further delays and confusion. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this solicitor. This is a worst solicitor, When talking to a rude lady she cut the phone. She cannot answer why she never wrote to say they closed the file. They stole the money paid and she said she do not know i paid them.

Had a great experience with Ash, he kept me updated throughout the transaction

I moved my sale to Right Legal Solicitors midway through the transaction after a very frustrating experience with my previous firm, where communication and proactiveness were seriously lacking.

Since switching, the difference was night and day. Ash, who was my main point of contact throughout the transaction, was an absolute breath of fresh air. Communication was consistently clear, timely, and proactive — often going above and beyond, including responding outside of standard UK office hours to accommodate my timezone (I’m 9 hours ahead).

Worst solisitors I’ve ever used , never answer emails very hard to contact via phone , staff haven’t got a glue what there doing I asked for a return phone call when I eventually got through never received one . Ash is rude no phone manner and tells lies , my sale was a simple no chain sale it took over 6months , my advice to anyone do not use Right Legal . Shouldn’t be practicing

Excellent service from Raihan and Arshiya at Southwick office when making our wills recently. What can be an emotional experience was sensitively handled and some complex aspects clearly explained

I can’t recommend Right Legal Solicitors enough. They helped me secure a property from auction at the very last minute. Ash, the manager, was exceptional—especially since I was really worried after another solicitor let me down for two weeks. We only had four weeks left, but Ash kept pushing, and despite challenges, we completed on the final day. The team was brilliant, and I’m so grateful—they saved me a huge amount, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Ash & his assistant were the most unprofessional solicitors that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are highly unprofessional, do not respond to emails & cannot be reached by telephone. This caused a huge amount of unessesary stress & delays in the whole process. I would avoid them at all costs.
