Ritfit is a great company with quality products. Often, there are quality control issues, but the home gym equipment they produce is so great, it's worth the minor inconveniences. Customer service agents respond quickly and, in my experience, have always made things right. I definitely recommend this company.

I don’t usually write detailed reviews, but this experience honestly deserves one.

I purchased a RitFit adjustable weight bench and initially ran into some durability concerns with the original padding. Rather than brushing it off, their support team took the time to listen carefully, asked for photos, and treated the situation seriously from the start.

What really stood out to me was what happened next.

Instead of just offering a quick fix, they escalated the issue internally and kept me updated throughout the process. They communicated clearly, responded quickly every time, and were genuinely respectful and easy to work with.

Over time, they:

Sent upgraded replacement pads (seat and back)
Improved the material quality and thickness
Followed up to make sure everything was installed and working properly
Confirmed they are actively upgrading their product based on real customer feedback
Even committed to sending an upgraded head pad once it becomes available

I train about 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, so I put my equipment through more stress than the average user. The fact that they recognized that and actually valued that feedback says a lot about how they approach product development.

After installing the upgraded pads, my initial impression is that the material is noticeably better — thicker, more durable, and clearly improved from the original version. I’ll continue testing over time, but the direction they’re going is very encouraging.

Loving every single thing about my Ritfit experience so far! Every part of my M23D, bench and BLP01 came concisely and easy to decipher which part went to what, and the guides and videos for building it all were excellent. Ritfit packaged everything in a very smart manner. I’m still getting into my workout life and routine, and enjoying every aspect of this gear which is going to change my life drastically. My habits have already become centered around this home gym setup and having solid equipment to rely on gives me the peace of mind I needed to launch into my new, better self. Have ordered the M2 weight stack, multi-grip lat pull down, and several other accessories.

We only received on box and it shows our order is complete. We cannot even put it together as we have no parts and no one is answering on support!

I had searched a lot of different options when it came to my equipment (price vs value). And ritfit was always in my top two. What really put ritfit over the top was their amazing customer service. I had so many questions and they took the time and was patient with me as I made my buying decisions. Once they knew my needs they even put an order link in for me so I could finalize. Once ordered the boxes started to show up within days. ( one small issue is I was missing a box of stack plates , which they again shipped to me immediately once I knew they were not there. Putting together takes some time and is definitely a two person job.

Unbelievable customer support! I bought the new M2 cage and had some issues that required troubleshooting. A lot of trouble shooting. I reached out and this team at Ritfit offered nothing but solutions and understanding. It took me a couple months to get it all worked out perfectly (I’m wildly particular), but the team stuck by me and stood firmly behind their product. They offered endless avenues of remedies and solutions. They dealt humbly and patiently with my frustrations and held a very respectful line. My machine is working perfect now and since then, I’ve bought 2 more machines. Thank you Ritfit for your help and most of all for your patience and willingness to think outside the box with me. We have ordered quite a few products from Rit Fit and they have all arrived in less than a week as well as in good conditions.

This is a long review for good reason.

I have had the best experience with RITFIT. Upon ordering my M1 Pro and BLP01 Leg press, the order came in different packages from different carries at different times. The 1-800 customer service was amazing. The gentleman i spoke took the time to provide me with every tracking number and confirm the boxes I received. Everything arrived with a week. After putting the gym together I notice an issue with weight stack selectors, one magnet, 2 feet for the gym was missing and a plastic cap for the leg press wasn't present either. I reached out via email and was contact by them the next day. After providing photos and a video, I was provided with tracking numbers the very next day for everything that needed correction. Everything about the gym and the customer support was amazing. I decided to make another another purchase. I waned to use my points on infinity day and get twice the reward. Well the system wasn't working properly and I only was credited half the points valve. I emailed them and that same day they refunded my points, advised the system was corrected and gave me an additional 100 points for the inconvenience. I will be a customer for life and recommend RITFIT to everyone I know looking for gym equipment. Thank you RITFIT for being awesome at taking care of us.

This company might have the best customer support I've ever experienced. The machine itself is great quality, but when I received the pieces, some of the parts were slightly damaged due to shipping. The company didn't even hesitate to ship me new replacement parts at no cost. 10/10 would recommend.

Got my equipment fast and it was easy to assemble

No missing parts, easy to assemble, great quality product for the money. 5 hours to assemble. Wasn’t difficult, just need a second person to assist the assemble. Very happy with the timeliness of the delivery and the packing and protection of each part for assmbly.

The more I use this machine, the more I like it. Versatile, sturdy, smooth and quiet. Great machine especially for the price. One thing I don’t like is the back pad setup. It shifts quite easily when setting up to do hacks. There was one bolt that wouldn’t go through because the holes wouldn’t line up. Looks like the mounting plate is short on one side. You should have Q.A. Check that in the future. The machine is quite stable with no shifting of the frame. One other thing to note is your advertising of the weight capacity. While advertised as 2,000 lbs, the actual dynamic max is 1,300 lbs as stated on the decal on the machine itself. Those are minor dings on this machine that really don’t affect the overall satisfaction I have for it. Would absolutely recommend this machine for those who don’t want to spend too much.

Honestly, I spent 3-4 months going back and forth on the best leg press/hack squat combo for my home gym. I bought the Gazelle Pro due to the reviews and versatility of this machine. I haven’t had a chance to really use it yet, but I can tell you, it’s a well made machine that’s very smooth and quiet. The instructions are top notch and putting it together was very easy.

RitFit is great budget brand for home gym equipment. When buying their equipment, you need to have some realistic expectations. In my case, I spent around 2 grand for the M1 smith machine and all the Olympic plates. It works, looks, and feels amazing and I have no regrets buying it. However, there are some scratches and imperfections on it (nothing crazy) and this should not be a surprise considering how much you are spending. If you want perfection, go spend 4-5k on a Rouge machine with half the features. I feel like RitFit is a solid brand that is way better than the crappy Amazon power cage brands but is not quite as good as the professional brands but balances the price while remaining very strong and sturdy for your everyday needs. If you are a beginner through intermediate lifter, you cannot go wrong with their products!

Shipping was fast, rack was easy to put together.

I didn't like how all the pieces arrived on different days. When assembling not all the holes matched up so I had to drill my own. I like how all the nuts and bolts are labeled with the steps. I wouldn't say this is heavy duty or professional grade but it's good enough. It's smooth and quiet and feels solid. I'm going to try it out today.
