Rivers are 2nd to none for on going business support

Rivers have supported our company for the last four years, we have had the various ups and downs of an ever expanding and developing business, Rivers have not only been our funder but our partner in good times and bad, never let us down when we have really needed them. its not only about the initial lend "that's the easy bit with most lenders" is about how they conduct themselves afterwards and Rivers are 2nd to none

Extremely smooth process

Extremely smooth process, great funding for my business, both lease and loan, of which enabled us to clear a secured loan. Cannot fault River finance so far. Thank you for supporting my business growth

Great experience dealing with Rivers Leasing.

Mis sold a loan

I was after a small business loan to help push my business forward, I opted for 25k over 5 years and was told apr was 30% which was high but I thought ok fair enough, anyway I am paying almost £800 a month and works out I am paying back £50k this was not what I expected I feel I have been missold a loan

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed.

In relation to your point on being 'mis-sold' a loan - Rivers did not sell you a loan - your broker did. If you have any concerns on that matter, please contact our offices to discuss them with a member of our team.

The total cost of your borrowing was made clear at the outset, and you confirmed at the time that you understood, in writing.

I am a little surprised at your review, since you have never mentioned an issue to your broker, or our team over the course of your borrowing, and in addition you have only recently applied for additional funding.

Excellent Service

We wanted a loan to help with the refurbishment of our premises and to tidy up one or two other items. I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly the process was completed and at a very reasonable cost.

Highly recommended.
