Be Aware!
Firstly quote was reasonable so I went ahead with the order of one fixed window and two with openings.
I messaged Raj the morning after the quote stating not to make them without confirming that I will be getting a FENSA certificate. He didn't reply or answer my calls. I visited and spoke to Jasbir who apologised and confirmed that I will be getting an invoice and FENSA certificate
Had three windows fitted one fix which was ok but the two with openings are warped and I'm being told it's plastic and that it'll level out in time. I'm not convinced. I had a warped window before and it never straightened out.
Also I had to visit them a couple of time to get my invoice as they did not provide one. Now trying to get my FENSA certificate but Jasbir is no longer answering my messages/ calls so I will have to visit again.
Raj has stated that a FENSA certifcate costs £50 for two windows. I've spoken to FENSA who have confirmed that registration for the windows is £2.46 and that they would supply me with a certificate free of charge. A replacement certificate would cost £25
FENSA have now agreed to deal with this issue on my behalf but it should not have come to this. Plus they can't be that confident in their product if they can't supply a certificate.
