Amazing service from start to finish. Lynsey was fab from the get go, giving us great advice on what would work best with our kitchen cupboards, showing us lots of different options

The fitters were also fab. Everything done to such a high standard, no mess left and arrived at the time that was arranged.

Great service from start to finish. Everything went well buying, templating and fitting and good price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Time from order to fitting was relatively short - 2.5 weeks.

The worst customer experience I have ever had! This was a well thought through expensive purchase. The dekton was sized and templated by Rocca however the owner asked me to one in and speak to him, he said the position of hob would not work. This was after the template was approved. I explained I could not change my kitchen now it was all in place, instead of looking for solutions he started shouting and ranting at me in the shop. I was very embarrassed and shocked, he then said he was going to get other samples, shouted again and then stormed off, he appeared back half an hour later. I did not have a clue what to do. He eventually said the unit could be cut to move the job a little. I was charged for this.
I had stone left over and this was to make a table top, when I came to giving measurements they said I did not have enough to do this! I most definitely did. Leanne sales assistant did get this sorted but yet again why did I have to feel like I had done something wrong. I was also charged £450 to cut this when previously been told this would be £200.
Really disappointed in all of this, I was expecting much better from this company.

From the original contact on the phone , to visiting the showroom , Ordering our “slab” , measuring of the kitchen , to fitting . You honestly can’t find a better team. Patient, thorough and knowledgeable this was quality service. The suggestions of what we could achieve with minor changes to our plan , changed our kitchen to a show kitchen.

I needed a section of worktop to match the rest of the kitchen - I’d had a few quotes from elsewhere and the prices were astronomical. Louise offered an offcut and managed to source some upstands to match for half the price and installed within the week. Absolutely delighted.

Delighted with our new worktops and integrity sink. After being let down by another company, we were fitted in quickly with no issue supplying the Silestone we wanted. Fitters were great and gave advice on cleaning the Silestone and keeping it looking it’s best. Highly recommend!

Louise was very helpful and easy to deal with from our first email communication through to meeting her in the showroom to place our order. The boys who delivered were also very helpful and the island looks amazing in the white quartz. We didn't plan to change the worktops but the island looks so good I think you can expect us back!
