this order was great. club arrived in a few days and I love it. Would have given a 5 star rating, however I placed an order on July 30th and paid for expedited shipping but never got the club. contacted Rockbottom and they said they reported it to UPS and that was all they could do.picture that ups showed it was NOT sent to me. I bought the club from RBG not UPS and I do not like having to go through all of this with UPS. They drag it out. I wanted that club for my 4 day weekend out of town. Had to run to golf galaxy and buy one.

Product was packed well and it arrived quicker than expected.

Attempted multiple times, over multiple days, to purchase golf balls. The checkout out page always would get stuck on "loading" and never allow my to checkout. I then attempted to email Rock Bottom and the online submission form would not function. I then attempted to leave a Google review and there was no option. I was once an avid Rock Bottom shopper. I don't know what changed but the website is horrible and doesn't work. For a few dollars more I found what I was looking for on Amazon. Can't see going back to Rock Bottom unless it makes a lot of changes.

I ordered a set of clubs to begin playing golf. They had seemingly a good deal for a set of clubs and read some positive reviews so I gave them a shot. What I was sent was a set of junior clubs instead of a normal, adult set. I swung one club once while sending a picture of me doing it to my golfer friends to confirm it was a junior set, which they did. Contacted rock bottom golf about this immediately and they wouldn't do anything about it. I went back and reviewed the website and no where did it say anything about being a junior or smaller set of clubs. Everything on the site indicated that they were regular golf clubs. When I presented this to them they still wouldn't do anything. Will not be using these guys again. I'd stay away as you can't be sure what type of clubs you're going to get. Learn from my mistake.

These guys are real scummy. Inconsistent pricing and refuse to refund when you purchase a product, then it drops in price 3 days later. I do not recommend anyone shop from here. Learn from other’s mistakes! Awful fees, too. They tack on a “shipping insurance fee” that is a bit convoluted to find.

Received part of my order, no response or heads up from Customer service which is a joke in its self.
Had to send email to customer service because the phone is no longer operable. If you are going to sell it you need to have it in stock. Never would known unless I contacted this company to let them know.
Totally unorganized and has gone down hill
