Rock Bottom Golf Avis 736

Received a used set of TaylorMade M4 Irons on 2-15-24. They were were listed a set of M4 21 irons. They had the the shaft listed as a Aldila Relax 55. That is a M2 shaft. The correct shaft is a Atamos - Fujikura. I called the next day to return them and was told I could not return them to get my money back but could return them for in store credit and I had to pay the shipping. They said it was my fault because I didn't do my homework. They claimed that there were 100's of club/shaft combinations. The customer service manager was rude and basically hung up on me. Have had much better service at Global. They are fair and sell what they advertise without having to check on them as to what they are selling.

Great deal on the Wilson Staff utility iron I bought, wish I knew about this place sooner! I chose the longest shipping option to get free shipping expecting it to show up weeks later, but it was at my door in 4-5 days.

I placed an order for a high-priced item on your website, for a Christmas gift for my husband. A coupon code was offered on your home page. I verified that my item was not excluded from the coupon, but the coupon would not apply. I ordered the item anyway, since it was close to Christmas and this was the item my husband indicated he really wanted. I requested that an agent respond to me about the failed coupon code, asking for either a response or a credit to my payment for the discount according the the coupon. All I got was crickets. Crickets and a truckload of e-mail solicitations and ads that I got so inundated with, I finally had to unsubscribe. Then, the ads started coming from a different e-mail ID. I'll have to keep trying to get rid of you guys. While my husband is pleased with his gift, I feel I purchased it under the guise of a "bait and switch" scam. Therefore, I will shop elsewhere for him, even if I have to pay more. Because it's more about working with a reputable company than about cost.

Ordered 2 clubs. One was broken from shipping.

This partially my bad for not researching the cost of shipping a golf club. Although the return policy is good i was told that I could return the item - they don't pay shipping for returns and when i went to return it the cheapest was $75.00- By shipping it back and only getting a credit you should be able to get their price at least to ship- if they paid 75.00 to ship they would be out of business. I used to like Rock Bottom but their return policy sucks when you shake it all out.,never again -Now I have to sell the club to try and get some of my money back. If you are returning and not asking for your money back just a credit they should give you a shipping label charge you $20 bucks and call it a day. I saved the box it came in and all. Really bad return policy

I ordered a club with 90 day playability and went to return it.Rock Bottom doesn't pay for the return shipping.Live and learn next time I'll just go to a golf course and try a club.

Most of the items were high quality at a great price. My primary issues were the limited supply in several areas (i.e. used yellow golf balls), quality issues with the FootJoy golf gloves, and lack of product with several of the men's shorts, vests, and shirts I wanted to purchase. This order was delivered fine.
