I have just come back from my first ever dive Lesson. I have never done anything like this before, so I was a bit nervous. The instructors, Shirley and Lee were absolutely fantastic. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and patient and provided a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend.

Great item but, even more importantly, great support from Steve @ the kayak department!
I had some technical questions and Steve not only responded extremely quickly but also provided top advice.

Firstly I had searched high and low and R.H watersports was the only retailer with stock in my size and brand of wetsuit that I needed , secondly they are true to their word speedy delivery helpful customer service keeping you up to date etc.

Placed my order on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Updates provided by both Robin Hood and DHL advising me of progress.
Not the first time I have used Robin Hood Watersports and they always deliver. Would recommend them to anyone. Staff are knowledgeable and particularly George who I have always dealt with.

Had a great experience completing my Open Water Diver course in June!

RoHo were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout all our lessons and getting geared up. Our instructor, Gareth, and dive master, Nigel, were informative, fun and professional in our lessons making the whole experience feel very safe and exciting.

We completed the course with a weekend diving at the Capernwray diving quarry. Led by RoHo, this felt very well organised. A genuine, down-to-Earth community of knowledgeable and supportive divers always ready to give advice or just simply have banter with.

Would love to continue diving with the RoHo community in the future and further my diving education with them (go for the Advanced)! Glad to have found this dive school

This is the second time I have used Robin Hood water sports, again they are helpful and informative, prompt and brilliant company

I'm getting back into kayaking after a very long break. I rang George for some advice on a new set of paddles, buoyancy aid, spraydeck and a waterproof mobile phone holder. I got some really useful, practical advice with no pressure then on me to buy. I then placed the order for the items. These were very well priced and everything arrived the next day. Super helpful and everything recommended is just right for me as I make my comeback!

Robinhood always give quick turnaround of online orders and are a pleasure to deal with.

Buying an inflatable kayak for the first time. George has been really helpful in offering unbiased advice. Been easily available when we wanted to talk. Swapped some things that we decided we wanted to change. Products sent promptly to suit our timings. And we were out on the Thames last weekend and we’re delighted with the purchase. Great store. Would definitely recommend.

This company goes out of its way to make customers happy. I don’t know if it’s a big company or not, but they are able to take the time to make you feel like an important customer - I spent under £80, and still felt very valued, and that’s pretty good going for an online purchase too! They dealt with a stock issue so promptly with a more than reasonable outcome. Very easy to contact and friendly team. Highly recommended.

Good communication from the company to let me know when my package would be sent out to delivery company. Contact details given should I need to follow up the order for any reason.

Amazing service from Steve. I booked a white water course, then decided the week before my old helmet really did need replacing. Dropped the team an email to see would it be possible for them to get me the replacement I wanted in time. Message back as soon as the store opened, helmet shipped straight away and arrived with me next day. The first time I’ve used Robin Hood Watersports but I’d definitely recommend and would use them again.

Overall good but sent the wrong colour. Just asked for some help to resolve.
