Such a great gym! Amazing facilities ( especially all the gym equipment and the sauna) and very friendly staff, especially Ananya! Come here all the time and couldn’t recommend enough if ur looking for a good quality gym :)

Love coming here and enjoying the gym! Denis and Ditan are absolutely great and they really treat everyone soo well! I can’t express enough their positive energy, patience and warm welcome! Gym is always clean and well equipped.

Roko has the best health club experiences I’ve had in a long time and I’ve tried many health clubs before. The facilities are clean and spacious. The best part is the friendly staff who look after you very well especially Ditan on the front desk.

Roko has saved me since I hurt my back and wished I had joined it a lot sooner !!. It is a really friendly and inclusive gym with all the activities that one would require. The 'front of house' are so friendly and personable and so helpful especially Denis and Ditan. Eric is an awesome swimming coach and very knowledgeable on sports injuries. Essentially you have everything you need here to get fit and keep fit. Thankyou Roko.

Hi all. I have been coming to this Chiswick gym for years and tbh I like it. There is such a good team especially one guy, his name is Ditan ( what a wonderfully strange name)
He charming and good looking lol
Anyway I just want him to be credited for his great work (that I never see him do lol)
Keep up the good work Ditan you really are special.
One negative is that when I say goodbye I say ‘love you’ but he never says it back. Now that’s professional. Great guy !

great place, all the teachers and classes are great. Jo has been helpful with the membership (flexibility about its length). The place is clean and offers a very comprehensive set of classes (hours and topics).

I was put off by the Google reviews, but I am glad I went for the tour. Ditan was very helpful. Gym and pool were very clean and not too crowded. I signed up for membership and am very happy.
If you are looking for a nice Gym definitely book a tour.

I’ve been searching for a new gym for some time now and having tried a few, I loved my induction with Harry at Roko, West Bridgford. It’s the best I have had. I had an hour and it wasn’t rushed. Harry clearly has good knowledge and was very thorough in showing me how to use the equipment. He listened and made recommendations to help me get the best out of my workout. Harry clearly is passionate about what he does, which make him a great ambassador for Roko. Harry and all the staff are very friendly and helpful unlike some other gyms I have tried. I know I’m going to feel comfortable here and look forward to my settling into my training sessions here.

I find Roko very enjoyable, never find myself waiting to get onto equipment. Joined Harry’s eternal youth class and can’t sing his praises highly enough. He keeps everyone motivated and is also very patient and approachable. Also made lots of new friends too. It’s a great place to work out.

General manager out of her depth, kids running the place with little care. Costly and equipment and facilities looking very tired. Better and cheaper in the area.

Had a gym session with Harry at Roko Nottingham and he was very patient and explained the work out to me in detail. I would highly recommend him.
