The verification process was easier than expected because Lucas from customer support assisted me throughout. He carefully checked that my documents met the requirements and kept me informed. Been on this site for over a year now and it's still an absolute ripper. The games just keep getting better - they're always adding new ones, so it never gets stale. And the payouts? Still just as quick as when I first signed up. No messing about.

Wartezeiten im Livechat schonmal über 70 Minuten, sagt einiges über die Probleme des Casinos aus wenn man so mit Beschwerden zugetextet wird.

Als Begründung wurde angegeben, dass ich mehrere Konten mit derselben IP-Adresse hätte, obwohl ich nur ein einziges Konto besitze. Trotz vollständiger Verifizierung meiner persönlichen Daten, einschließlich Ausweis, Telefonnummer und E-Mail, blieb die Sperrung bestehen. Zudem ist der Kundenservice katastrophal: Ich warte seit über zwei Stunden auf eine Reaktion im Live-Chat, ohne dass sich jemand gemeldet

STAY AWAY, SITES A SCAM. Wouldn't let my mate withdraw his winnings ($900) without a bunch of BS conditions which aren't clearly outlined. (Having to wager your deposit by x3, Photo ID, Proof of Address, Proof of Payment) Also denied his request to receive just his deposit back ($500) rather then the winnings.
Additionally, when playing roulette we experienced multiple times where the full "winnings" amount were not deposited back into his online wallet.
Rollero Support Team has been terrible to say the least.
