The best roof suppliers

Roofglaze are very easy to deal with, the quotes are provided quickly, the whole ordering process is seamless and we are always updated with the progress of orders, Figen in transport is always accomodating and goes above and beyond when assiting us with deliveries, Rooglaze is the only place to go for any roofs!

Great company to deal with.

Great communication and glass unit very well made.
I had to reschedule delivery, sent an email and got a reply within an hour with new delivery date.
Slight problem with the upstand not being delivered with the unit.
Told delivery driver, he contacted roofglaze and I recieved a phone call from them very quickly and lady had one dispatched.
Unit has now been installed and looks great.

Over £500 out of pocket due to miscommunication/failure to deliver on confirmed delivery day, and replacement glass is damaged yet company refusing to compensate

I am over £500 out of pocket thanks to being provided with erroneous information regarding delivery dates and having been sent damaged glass twice which I have also had to pay to remove/dispose of. The replacement glass is also damaged and despite me alerting them to this and providing pictures on the same day it was finally delivered (late), the supplying company are refusing to provide any compensation for the damaged product despite the legal obligation to do so as per Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Rights Act. Currently seeking advice and considering taking to small claims court.

From what you’ve described, there are several issues here: delivery communication, the condition of the glass on more than one occasion, and the way the matter has been handled afterwards. That’s not the experience we aim to provide.

We can’t comment on the specifics of an individual order publicly on Trustpilot, but we do want to be clear that we will always meet our obligations under consumer law, and we investigate any reports of damaged goods and associated costs as part of our complaints process.

We’re reviewing this internally to understand exactly what happened and why you feel you’ve been refused a fair resolution. Thank you again for raising it — feedback like this is taken on board to improve both our delivery updates and how issues are resolved when things go wrong.

First class outstanding products and customer service!

We’ve been carrying out extensive refurbishment work at our home and decided to remove the 8 skylights we’ve had for decades and go for the more modern roof lanterns.

We contacted numerous suppliers over several months all over the UK, but one of the suppliers stood out more than any of the multitudes that we contacted; Roofglaze Rooflights.

What an amazing experience we had during the specification through to ordering the roof lanterns period. We’d give 5 stars just for the customer services aspects of this company as they were absolutely amazing.

I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte, Beth, Mark and Karen, all of whom dealt with all and any questions, amendments and complications that we had in a courteous, expedient and most professional manner.

From start to finish, I can honestly state that it was absolutely clear that all of the above mentioned are customer focused and can’t do enough to help make the customer feel welcomed and valued.

In a nutshell, they were brilliant, so, well done to all the aforementioned members of staff at Roofglaze, you’re all a credit to the company, so please keep up the great work.
