Rooftopgroup Avis 

Dan from Mears group recently attended my mother’s flat to paint her kitchen ceiling.
He did a great job and covered everything up.
Mum was well pleased.

Staff dont give people who came first on bid the house they give it to friends and family of themselves (the employes) and tell the person who came 1st in bidding that they are selling the house! Staff are corrupted, an ex employee from here told me this and told me they bend the rules for friends and family.
Forms to fill out house is long winded, hard and time consuming and there isnt any help for tenants moving from one rooftop house to another rooftop house, they will give them 2 weeks to move too! Which can be hard to do for some people.
I have found staff rude here and look down on people there is no help for vulnerable people or the elderly!!!

To be clear this positive review is not for Rooftop per se. In the past I have found them to be unprofessional, hostile and even cruel! However, I have recently had dealings with a lady called Kelly on repairs and cannot praise this lady enough. She offers customer services how it used to be; with care, regard and proficiency. Kelly, if you ever read this, thank you for all your help. Not only are you a ray of sunshine to speak to you are efficient and capable. You are an absolute credit to Rooftop and if all of their staff were like you all of these negative reviews on this site would not exist. Truly Kelly, thank you so much. You're a darling and we wish you all the health and happiness for your future.

If I cud give zero I would! Dire housing company not a clue wat how to do there job! Iv had 3 housing coach's in 3 years! I strongly advise they get out from home based job and get out in the communities they are supposed to manage and do wat you say you will! Now waiting 14 months for a management move! Absurd!!! Zero help just wing it as they go along!!!!

If you are ever offered a rooftop property do not take it! Shambles of a company basic repairs take a year to be completed as u wait 6 months for some one to come out and say yeah that needs fixing then another 6 for them to come back and fix there are 2 repairs handlers an I can not fault them but the 1 gentleman my god he's the worst rude and very condensending when dealing with him. He was who prompted me to make complaint property ii moved too was not even fit for a pig sty massive mold problem they just don't care but will put the rent up

Reported to the housing officer about neighbours dog barking and they also leave dog mess in the garden for weeks before removing it when informed the h o he says he will see them this been going on now for 5 years

Had an awful experience with them they don’t listen to me unless I use important words like health and safety
Never listen to how I’m feeling
They say they don’t allow pets yet both my neighbours have a pet and I’m not allowed been refused a number of times
Apparently it’s not being biased and not anything to do with race
Really affecting my mental health I would stay well away from rooftop!!

I'm not here to right a good review on this company as this company is nothing but any good. I will continue to write more soon!
