Family business that supports cheap labour in Asia etc for their products, don’t want to refund you , or they expect you to return overseas , item colour not as described and I have to incur costs ?!!!!!

i bought a sweatshirt size medium and washed on 30 degree wash. now it’s extra small and the transfer print is peeling after just 1 wash. Wasn’t expensive but i had expected it to last a season of wash and wear. I bought in Chapel St Leonards where throughout Skegness and Chapel this brand was prevalent

Love the clothes.. but omg why does a company that obviously wants orders not respond EVER to any messages!?? I wanted to add another item to an existing order, clearly they don't want orders!! No phone number at all, website messaging (which states they will reply immediately!) no reply, Facebook messenger don't even read the message, Instagram do not read or reply. But yet really nice clothes W T F!?!?

Will never use again
I ordered co-ord bottoms and t-shirt set. The bottoms had marks on them when I took them out of the sealed packaging. Used the contact form on their site to let them know and have not had a reply. It's a shame as I've ordered a few things from them and have never had an issue but the moment they no longer have the time to respond to customer issues is the moment they no longer receive my money.
