Cowboy outfit
Did very little as soon as they'd received my £400+ payment. Work should have taken 2-3 weeks, but many months later I was still chasing them. They only acted when I sent reminders. The report I received was 80% waffle with little substance. My investigation is listed as 'ongoing', but they have stopped answering calls or replying to emails. They do no seem to have the powers and contacts (ex military and police) that they claim to have.
Do your research and look elsewhere for investigators to help you.

Very happy with the service my horse box was stolen me and my wife had no clue who would have taken it anyway after some searching i hired rosewood I was impressed my box was found 4 days after was handled quick nothing out my box was gone and i know who stole it..very thankful for the hard work. if i need a pi again i will definitely be back!

I want to share my experience of this…
I want to share my experience of this company from dealing with them today.Initially as always people are very keen to help and respond to calls and emails immediately.
They quoted me £350 +vat and when I asked the case handler Mark Harris for his VAT number he refused to give to me.
Happy to expect me to pay it but won’t provide the number even thou he told me he was there 16 years and had to email his manager!!!
I asked if this company was ICO registered as it is not listed anywhere and was told it trades under another name and again wouldn’t supply this information to me!!
Thirdly wouldn’t allow me to do a bank transfer either only takes debit and credit cards
As soon as he was questioned on these matters just simply ignored me
Would anyone else be happy to accept these 3 points before instructing someone

I was provided with wrongful info
I was provided with wrongful information from Rosewood.
When I found out, I contacted them and they assured me an "internal investigation" is going on, and senior leadership is aware.
It has been over 3 months, and I still have not had any feedback on why this has happened yet, despite numerous chasers! Either the firm is bogus, or individuals in the firm make a profit providing wrongful information, destroying the firm's reputation.
