(March 2026) I have opened a ticket based on their reply. I will report back here if all goes well or not. It may take a while to reach a payout threshold.
The admin responded to the ticket and assisted me in setting up the account manually. It's working; I will update this after the first payout.

I tried to sign up with these folks and was warned that my IP address is already registered. After much searching, I found a contact address on their privacy notice page and wrote to them, but the email bounced immediately; the address given does not exist.
I had tried to explain to them that my IP address is not static and is assigned each time I connect, just like most domestic IP addresses are.
If they have such a flaky way of determining which users are scamming them with multiple accounts, if I were you, I would not trust them with my account.
Too many of these sites just suddenly decide you're a scammer, keep your money, and refuse to discuss anything.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the bounced email. We recently upgraded our site architecture and email servers to improve performance and security, which unfortunately caused a temporary disruption with some legacy contact addresses. This has now been resolved.
Regarding the IP issue: You are 100% correct about dynamic IPs. Our automated system is strict during sign-up to prevent bot-farms, but we have a manual review process exactly for cases like yours. I am ready to manually whitelist your account so that dynamic IP shifts won't interfere with your access or earnings.
Please reply to your open ticket with your account username or the email you used to sign up. Once I have that, I will personally ensure your account is active and verified.

all was fine a long time
all was fine a long time, i had a few withdraw but before 3-4 mounth was banned - has no answer from admin about 3 mounths - in one moment we had a conversation and he said that i was try to cheat by access some file (what ever that mean) - my ban was remove, but gess what = he had problem with his system and do not want to check or search it - its a not first time when i saw this - probably will be not last - but everytime when admin trust to his system at 100% site do not going well.
there are no perfect systems all is very dinamyc this days has a lot of changes every day on OS or BROWSERS or what ever you want! if you do not work you will "die" in the end - thats why 3 starts 0 my first was 5 - but admin dosent want to hear

Beware
All was fine until suddenly banned. 0 support, totally non responsive. Network admin/Offerwall admin/owner with no issues in the past with other ptps with wall system. I've given well over a month to get a response maybe we'll get one now. Beware.

No response from support. My withdraw has not been processed after the 72 hours disclosed in their ToS... there goes my effort.
Edit: Received it after 1 week, it was 4.7 instead of 5$ but i take it.

Regarding the amount: The difference between the $5.00 and $4.70 is due to the standard network/transaction fees charged by the payment processor (like FaucetPay). Rotate5URL sends the full amount, but the blockchain or gateway deducts a small fee to process the transfer.

Great site, here is a detailed review
Great site! I have used it both as a publisher and as an advertiser.
Publisher end:
Pros: Easy to use, both promotion wise and on the user interface.
Cons: Payouts are a bit low, but can't complain, as it's still free money :)
Advertiser end:
Pros: Easy to use, in terms of making payments and setting up ads. Advertising is cheap as well! Figures from above though.
Cons: If you are just trying to get hits, this is good (as is my case). However, the conversion rate is low in general for this type of advertising (conversion meaning signup rates).
All in all, a great place with just a few gimmicks. Still, it is the internet, so it gets a 5/5.
