Rothous Avis 38

I ordered a name brand binoviewer from Rothous.com. Not only was the price too good to be true but the website was sketchy as well. They charged my credit card stating the merchandise had shipped. The tracking number they provided made its way out of China supposedly to the states where is was hung up in customs. Then according to the tracking number it was magically at my post office then delivered. Parcels go the central post office for distribution. It was never delivered and the USPS has no record of their tracking number. Their website is gone. No reply to my email inquiry. I'll be working with the credit card company to get a refund.

I found the # that is in china( i think),and it is, #91 90228. 52722. Have fun trying to understand.

This company is a scam they steal my money. I placed an order since September I never received my product and I don't have any number to call them

Fake scamming ass website

No stars I'm glad to know I'm not alone I was recently scammed and sad part is still thinking I'm waiting it was to late after order was placed,no response nothing I had even tried to reach out same day of order ,be careful with companies when the only way to connect is email no other contact sources.So it said email them I did and never no response there till a week or more saying they said there hours were off then they sent a fake tracking number link attached to the email 📎from china can't even read it the attached link it was not looking real.I should stick trusted dite from now on Amazon my first thought was temu dammit should have done Temu .I don't have that kind of money I'm on a set monthly low income scammers so sick.Plus I used my zip pay account similar to After pay Or Per Pay they don't know how you gonna pay neither do they care.Also be careful because all google searches are no longer certified trustable.

If I could give a less than 1 star, I would! I ordered a product online from Rothous and I received an order number but I never received an email confirmation or anything. I emailed their customer service email but they never responded. DEFINITELY do a little research when choosing a company I never dealt with before! SCAM, BUYER BEWARE!!

Oh wow 33$ gone down the drain. Thank you guys for letting me know. Wish I would have went to Amazon as I always do. Dang. Ok no more shopping outside of Amazon

I ordered a turkey roaster, had a tracking number the tracking said item delivered on a date that was after the delivered date so I waited to see if it would arrive and of course it did not!!! Don’t buy anything! They are a scam!!

I ordered a table top ice maker from Rothous...it supposedly arrived at the distribution center in my city 5 days ago.
Since then tracking they provided says it has been in the back of a delivery truck in my city for 2 days. They no longer return my emails asking about my order.
I'm usually pretty good at detecting scams but not this time.

I bought a subwoofer from this company online for 36.96 for my TV. The company says they delivered my subwoofer but it never came they gave me tracking numbers that started with am and ended with cn. When I went to the post office to find out where the package was in my local area I was told that they didn't deal with this tracking number that starts with am and ends with CN. This rothous company send me a tracking number from a company called 17 tracking so I called them when I gave them the tracking number they said that this rothous company is a scam. Everything look legit tracking numbers everything tracking companies but never got my subwoofer. Now they're sending an email saying oh don't worry we will compensate u 20. I paid 36.96 not 20. Scam that's all I can say.

This company might not even exist as such. I've made an order, for which I've payed 60$, and have never received the package. Their customer service mail doesn't receive e-mails at all, they are ignoring my messages on Messenger.
