The staff here are consistently exemplary in their service, nothing is ever too much for them, they are genuinely friendly, yet stay professional at all times. Whilst the entire team are consitently a credit to Rowlands / Numark Lisa and Margaret always lead by example.

Superb service
I've been using Rowlands Pharmacy for several years now and I am always impressed with the ease at which I can order my prescriptions. From placing an order on their simple to use App I am kept constantly updated by email and delivery is swift. Not only that but they send me a reminder when I am running low. How's that for service! No more trudging to the surgery for a repeat prescription and no more trips to the pharmacy to collect same!

Always a large Q. Staff are good. There should be a priority line for just picking up prescription. Items on Prescription can be out of Stock. You wouldn't know till you go back the next day to pick the item up.

A consistently excellent service
A consistently excellent service, from order to delivery with great communication throughout.
I receive monthly reminders by email to order my prescription and this is followed up with regular updates until delivery is received.
