Went to see a *luxury* home (static caravan) at silver mists on Hurn Road in Hampshire, the forgot to mention the noise! your about 50 feet from the A31, very close to a banger racing track, and the cherry on top is the airport just over the trees, cheap property being marketed as some kind of luxury (compared to what?)

Hi Tony, It had been reported that 2 street lights were out in September. We tried to fix them in-house, unfortunately it required an electrician and a specific part. These were ordered. However, they took a week or 2 to arrive. They have now been fixed and are operational. If you have any issues regarding your development please speak to the park supervisor who will log it and endeavour to get it fixed. Regards, RoyaleLife team.

RoyaleLife has a nerve to advertise it's new and well maintained sites, when its Isle of Wight site, on which I live, is in dire need of maintenance. Other than cutting the grass, our communal areas are totally neglected - hedges not cut (brambles protruding far into the road), interior kerbsides not weeded (unless by individual owners outside their own homes), car park drains not cleared (unless by concerned owners), benches broken and unsafe, perimeter fence old and wonky. A shame considering the idyllic setting of the site, which has beautiful views of the countryside and Medina Estuary.

Hi, we were recruiting a full time grounds person at this time. We now have Steve in place and since his arrival has tackled the jobs on this review. We have received very positive feedback from individual residents and the residents association with how much Steve has carried out and how good the park is looking since his arrival. If you get any issues please speak to Steve who will log any issues and look to get them fixed.

Reculver Rise
Went to look at a park home with RoyaleLife, had a lovely lady called Sharon who showed us around,nothing was too much trouble answered all our questions and was so helpful even went back a second time.The quality of the homes were excellent and surroundings were second to none a great place to think about pre retirement.

Have just returned from a visit to Royal life Reculver Court, found it to be a lovely complex. And the lady that showed us around was very helpful and informative with reply to the questions that we put to her....would highly recommend them and a visit is truly worth while....
