The good and the not so good...
The good parts: this is a nice, well-made product; contact with the organisation is easy and they were always very pleasant.
The bad parts: you pay FULL price up-front – which is not great if they have a fire or go bankrupt. Also I was kept waiting a full 7 weeks before it eventually arrived. I found their web-site misleading about this (4-6 weeks) and I was told when I initially inquired that (if it was in stock – which it obviously wasn't – it would be with me in 2 weeks). So I suspect they are perhaps a little less than transparent about this.
Would I buy from them again? It has to be a no because similar products can be had more reliably and with less risk.

It is standard procedure to take payment upfront when you make a purchase online, we provide various ways to pay for furniture to help you feel secure, you are always protected when paying by card, and as a company we are fully insured. Our priorities are to deliver the furniture you have paid for and give good customer satisfaction.
We have a standard lead time on our site, which is generally 1-2 weeks unless stated. Any deviation to our standard lead times are shown at the top of the product description. We are also on hand to provide any clarity at the time of purchase for future reference. The lead times are provided as our best estimate at the time of purchase. However, we appreciate that there were some unforeseen delays in this case that impacted the lead time of the items you purchased. This was a rare circumstance that we went through regarding your order, we sincerely apologise for this, and we appreciate your patience during this time.

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service - been trying, over past few weeks, to get dimensions of table with chairs pushed in when not in use, and now product is out of stock.
Phone line don’t seem to answer queries directly and offers call backs but can’t give time slots - tried twice.
Email answers / live chat have been inaccurate and repetitive but don’t answer the query being asked. Resorted to drawing a sketch of what I was looking for but apparently dimensions aren’t known.
All very polite, but not particularly useful.
