My experience with Rsbuynow company
I am a 25 year old professional, with great experience in business and IT, this is my honest review of the site.
Website is well constructed and is easy to use. The support staff seem to be online 24/7, I have contacted them multiple times in different times, late nights, early mornings, support staff is always there.
When I made my purchase trough PayPal (totally secure), I needed to contact the the staff trough web chat, access to it is easy to notice (just on the right side of the screen in the main page). Customer Support quickly responded, did not have to wait more than 15 seconds. I was talking to a girl named Cindy, who was very polite, she was very responsive (unlike other sites, where you need to wait 10 minutes to get confirmation that client support is doing his work for you now).
I received my account within 15 minutes, from the time I though "Yes, I want this account", which is a very good time frame of service. Now for people who will be buying OSRS accounts and log in, do not panic when on RS3 website it shows that the account is lvl 3, it is showing RS3 account, not OSRS. Everything was there as promised by the business. I had no problems with the account.
My laptop HDD died and i kept the username of the account in my HDD, I got scared as if I would have lost the acc, I did not know what to do, so I have contacted RSbuyNow customer support (early Saturday morning) trough webchat. I have noticed that the hello came from a mobile phone and when I explained the issue, Cindy replied with the username that I have lost, but this time it came from a PC, so I probably made the support to skip what she was doing and come help me. That is dedication and loyalty to their customers.
This site and its customer support team, is amazing and I will recommend it to my friends in OSRS, 100%.
