As the title says, LIFE-CHANGING.

I highly recommend Rubicon Recruitment, especially Ella! She first contacted me about a job, but the timing didn't work with my childcare responsibilities. Instead of being annoyed, Ella was incredibly understanding and promised to find something closer to home. She quickly called me back about a position at GP & J Baker. The hours didn't quite fit my schedule, but Ella went out of her way to negotiate a 4:00 PM finish time so I could get home to my children. The interview went great, I was offered the job, and Ella even managed to make it a permanent position right from the start. I am so grateful to Ella and Rubicon for this amazing opportunity!

Excellent customer service, always very smooth and easy communication, I have mainly spoken with Erin, Ella and Aimee who are always very friendly as are the rest of the employees! They always find me work within a manageable commuting distance and I rarely have to wait more than a day after contacting them to hear back
